Fantastic experience: I have been going here for 7 years and I would never change gyms. The personalized workouts are fantastic and keep me coming back. The owner Nathan personally helps me everyday! He is the best! The workouts are different every day and work out different areas by well planned targeted workouts! I basically have a personal trainer for a reasonable regular gym price! There is no one better!!! I use to switch gyms and workouts all the time before I found 528 fitness! I use to get bored and need to switch! Not anymore! Nathan will help you every step of the way from beginners to the very experienced! I love this place!!!! You won’t regret checking it out!!!!!
