Fantastic experience: I contacted Ms. Brittany @ HeniFitness about 5 months ago and originally only wanted to use the PT route for about 2 months to jump start my outdoor activity instead of the boring indoor gym. Well as you can see above I am now on my 5th month and loving my twice a week sessions with Brittany. From the time I had first contact on the phone to finally meeting her she has been on point. She is not only fabu at what she does but she is also one real and fantastic woman. She tells you like it is and does not sugar coat. She works you hard or as hard as you are able to do. I feel stronger and more confident. I love that we have taken our work out outdoors and every session is different. Brittany always switches it up and my body is finally responding, some days I cannot walk because she has awaken muscles I did not know I had {which I love} ..... her personality makes it easy to have a conversation with her while training and she is always up beat and professional. The hour just flies by. Her personality cannot be beat. I consider Brittany an ace in the hole. Keep up the good work my darling your a star!

Fantastic experience: I use this place for my young son and he loves going and working out with Ms. Brittany. Shes amazing, kind, patient and is really helping him get fitter every time.

Fantastic experience: There aren't enough stars to accurately rate this place. I was in a fitness rut and looking to change things up when I stumbled across Heni. Six months later, I'm organizing my life around going to as many classes here as possible. All of the trainers are incredible - supportive and attentive, recognizing each participant's comfort zone and pushing it just enough. I always thought group training wasn't for me, but every class here just feels like working out with friends. Walking into Heni was one of the best choices I've ever made!

Fantastic experience: My two daughters joined their dance class and we love it. The instructor is energetic and fun. She's dancing and smiling the whole time. My girls went to a few other dances classes but I was never satisfied until we came to Henifitness 3 months ago. My 9 yr old hated dancing and wouldn't cooperate anywhere else. The only reason I put her in dance classes is I because I feel very awkward not being able to dance recreationally, and I want her to be able to dance some. She likes this teacher, so she started following. She may never be a good dancer but at least 3 months later, her dance went from very clumsy to coordinated and comfortable. I am very pleased with what I see. We are leaving this country so won't be coming in the near future. We will miss this place.

Fantastic experience: This gym is my temple. When I am here, that is my personal best time with myself. I have never been a morning person in my life but for the past three months, I have woken up at 5:30 am every single weekday to work out with Brittany and Meredith. Brittany owns this gym (literally) like a Queen and designs amazing workouts that works on multiple muscle groups. Meredith makes you sweat like crazy with the full body workouts. I would recommend this gym to all my friends.
