Fantastic experience: Great gym overall, I really liked that there were some lockers outside that didn't require locks for those who don't bring a lock. Lots of treadmills and I didn't need to wait long for any of the equipment I wanted to use (bench / squat racks).

Fantastic experience: I think this is a fantastic club it’s 24 seven it’s almost always very clean. I go at all hours of the day staff are great both an overnight and during the day. It’s a little dusty and paper towel litterbug.

Fantastic experience: Gym is back open after being closed for months again because of the governor's bogus COVID restrictions. No reservations needed at this location at the moment. Plenty of spray bottles located around the gym for cleaning of machines. Everyone I saw there today had their masks on and most cleaned the equipment after use. Lockers in the men's locker room can be used again. Pool and basketball court still closed.

Fantastic experience: 24 is always great I just request every one to help the employees in there and keep it clean , I see people leave their trashes on the floors of the restrooms, showers and by the equipments

Fantastic experience: Nice gym. A lot of spray bottles everywhere to clean the equipment. Better than San Jose where I used to go. There’s only one person at the front so sometimes it takes a while to get help. Not a big deal for me.

My forest encounter was with Laurine (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) and she is amazing! Really made me feel welcome and remember my name since the first encounter. Overall, great gym!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a new gym or are thinking about your first visit to a 24 Hour Fitness go to Fremont Automall with confidence, you will not be disappointed. I have been a 24 hour fitness member since 2004 and in that time have frequented many of their facilities throughout California. Out of the 30 plus locations I have visited, this is my favorite one to work out in. They have amble cardio equipment, a nice open free weight area, and a large functional training space. The management is very friendly and do a fantastic job making sure this facility is always clean and well maintained. Great overall gym!!

Fantastic experience: Good place. Got some reasonable Deads done with minimal nonsense. Good equipment, not too crowded (when I was in, anyhow). And then there was hot water. What more do we need, I ask? The answer is: more blue plates on the platforms. I swear, all of these places have just barely enough for one big lifter. Don't get me wrong, I love the platforms and the professional plates, but if there were anyone else at 3-plates or better, we would be fighting over them.

Fantastic experience: Joined after 25 years at another club. I like the machines. My wife has found a few favorite classes. And convenience!! I have been in 6 locations already. In SOCA too. And no fee to attend non home clubs.

Fantastic experience: I really like Fremont 24 fitness because the place is clean and organize. The yoga class is awesome. There are 50-60 students to join the yoga class on Mondays and Wednesdays. I went to Milpitas and San Jose to try some classes, but it's not good. Fremont is the best one. Even though I moved to Milpitas, I'm always back to Fremont for Yoga class on Mondays.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best equipped 24 hour fitness in the east bay. Six squat racks, three flat benches, clean showerrs, plenty of towels and plates, bumper plates for deadlifts and olympic lifts, even plenty of cardio equipment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities. Lots of fitness classes conducted onsite. I had been to few and they were pretty well taught. All the fitness equipment are maintained very well. The staff is very nice and receptive to your feedback and take care of it.

Fantastic experience: I'm giving this 24 hr fitness super sport location in Fremont 5 stars. Not because this is the paragon of fitness centers (it's still a step below places like Virgin Active in Thailand and Singapore) but because this is one of the best 24 hr locations in the area. It's newer, has all the equipment you would need (including bumper plates and Olympic barbells) , and, most importantly, the staff keeps the equipment locker room, and sauna area admirably clean. Not spotless but much cleaner than the other locations in the area. For this reason I find myself making the longer trek to the Fremont instead of the San Jose location.

Fantastic experience: I am impressed with this gym. The locker room seems ok, but I prefer to shower at home so I can't speak of the conditions. However, the staff seem helpful and the place is always clean. I have always felt like the patrons have a role in keeping a gym clean as well rather than leaving it to the staff to pick up my garbage. Overall, I like this location.
