Flips

Positive experience: I had my son's 2nd birthday party at Flips this past weekend. The staff was wonderful and they had the facilities set up with so many different activities, the kids absolutely loved it. I would have given a "5 star" if they would have provided food services as part of their party package. The less the parent has to worry about, the better:) Overall, a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: We've been at Flips for nearly 3 years now, first as part of weekly classes and now as part of the USAG team. We've loved every class and coach our daughter has been a part of! The Flips family is child-centered and all about safe, fun and healthy gymnastics for all levels. Wish there was a 6th star! :-)

Fantastic experience: Daughter went here for a birthday party. She had a blast. Nice facility with a foam pit and different trampoline and inflatable areas as well as hardcore gymnastic equipment.

Positive experience: Flips has proven to be a great place even before the COVID 19 situation. Since then they have been helping my daughter keep up with school to the best of their abilities as well as providing an outlet for her energy during the day.

Fantastic experience: We first attended Flips a couple years prior with open gym. They have great hours and allow for little ones to safely play and explore the equipment (with parental supervision). As my daughter got older we attended another gym further away and were getting disappointed at the lack of direction and discipline in the classes and class offerings in general. We inquired at Flips and immediately received a response, extremely helpful customer service, and even a trial class! My daughter is starting their developmental class and after her first time begged to return! The staff is wonderful and there is a true sense of family and community at this gym. Whether you’re looking for recreational fun or a good competitive experience, this facility offers everything! What I also appreciate is the layout which allows for me to comfortably bring my toddlers to watch while big sister has class! Only downside I can note is amount of parking during peak times, but it’s not enough to remove a star!

Fantastic experience: We've thrown about 13 birthday parties in the Frederick area, and ya know what? You'd kinda be crazy to not let Flips host your next party. It's outstanding.

Positive experience: I thought this was a wonderful place except every time we go there is a lady that says cuss words and she yells at children and she does not even help with children/gymnists and parents that have Any questions about the service like how do I sign up she is just disrespectful and she is not a very good example for the gymnists and while you are in class she makes children cry saying they are horrible and rude a

Positive experience: Loved going to flips as a kid, it got to expensive and my parents pulled me out, I'm 16 now and wish I could start again but all the classes are 7-12 kind of disappointing I could find somewhere else but I really loved it here and wish I could come back

Positive experience: FYI Open Gym is not a class but a free-for-all where kids can choose what to do. My kids love it.
