Fantastic experience: I’ve done Manduu for over 3 years and it has changed my life. It’s a 15-minute, once or twice a week time commitment, which is great because I hate exercise. It’s also a studio, not a gym, which is great because I hate gyms. I used to wake up in the morning with age-related aches and pains. My back ached after an hour in the car. All of that is gone. During the COVID shutdown, all these symptoms came back, and as soon as it reopened and I went back, literally one session later I was back to a pain-free life.

Fantastic experience: I had Colin as a trainer and he was awesome. Not knowing what to expect and thinking this wouldnt even be a challenge, Collin took me through 15 minute workout that challenged me. Its been several hours later and I am feeling my muscles as if I worked out for a couple hours. Not a bad sore but one that lets you feel that it worked. Highly recommend trying manduu.
