Positive experience: I was visiting a relative in town and they were very accomodating. Great place, reminds me of my home gym. The fact it doesn't have a lot of cardio is a plus for me. One less star than 5 because to their deadlifting was lacking bumper plates less than 45 lbs, which to warm up would be a challenge. People at the gym were friendly.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have visited since I left the military. Plenty of free weights and never so busy that you have to wait forever for any equipment. Very clean and reasonable rates if you pay for a full year up front.

Positive experience: The pricing is good even when considering The condition of the facilities and equipment. The facilities are quite large even though its located in a shopping strip mall. The equipment offerings and condition is where stars were lost. Its clear they focus more on strength exercise because the majority of their machines are weight based. Many of they aerobic options are either broken in some way or few in number.
