Avolve Fitness - Orland Park

Fantastic experience: Great place and yoga instructors. I started doing hot yoga a month ago. It has been a great experience, the place is clean, staff is friendly and the classes are wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE working out at Avolve Fitness! As someone who is intimidated of larger, corporate gyms, I appreciate the welcoming and family-like atmosphere that Avolve Fitness has to offer! When I walk in, I am always greeted (by name!) by the smiling staff. The staff goes out of their way to make each client feel welcomed and safe. As far as the atmosphere of the gym, I love that the size is not overwhelming, while also offering a plethora of workout equipment! I never used to workout a ton, but going to Avolve has changed my mindset completely. I am more motivated to workout and fit the gym into my everyday routine- which is something that I credit to the climate of not only the gym itself but the staff who work here. If you are looking for a new gym, I can guarantee you would be happy in choosing Avolve Fitness! :)

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Avolve fitness is the best gym I’ve seen in Orland Park they have a very friendly owner Ken and Dareen signed me up i’m never leaving. It’s always empty and they take good care of sanitizing the machines and keeping a positive environment for everyone. you’ll love Ken!!

Fantastic experience: Gym is clean. The equipment is well taken care of. The owner, general manager are great for advice on workouts and techniques. They are also very friendly and will just engage in a regular conversation with you. The staff is also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this gym to everyone and anyone. Just a great all around place to workout.

Fantastic experience: One of the most cleanest gyms I’ve been too as well as the best staff! I recommend anyone looking to join a gym this is the one to do so. I do personal training every Wednesday with Josh since the summer and it’s probably one of the best decisions I’ve made. Not only has he taught me a lot he’s helped me reach a lot of goals of mine, from adding more to my bench to teaching me how to squat with correct form. 10/10 gym and gym experience

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE Avolve Fitness!!! It’s never overcrowded like other gyms tend to be, which is what I love the most! They have all the equipment you could need and it is always really clean. The staff are always welcoming & are very friendly! Josh and Ken introduced themselves right away and make an effort to get to know the members, which makes you feel comfortable. The whole gym has an overall positive atmosphere.... 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Cleanest gym I’ve ever went to, the staff are very friendly especially Ken, they value their members. They’re taking great action against COVID by providing sanitation bottles w/ towels for each member as you walk in. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I love everything about this gym! Although it’s smaller than LA fitness or LifeTime in the area it actually stands out against them. It’s equipped with everything you need to get a good work out in, it’s kept very clean, and they are taking covid precautions to keep up with public safety standards. The hydro massage bed is such a nice option to have available too. The guys are super cool, Ken keeps me motivated just by being his friendly self.

Fantastic experience: I have just recently joined this gym after quitting lifetime. This gym has exceeded my expectations in many ways including cleanliness, price, and very friendly and welcoming staff. Ken and Josh make the environment comfortable and fun while you are working out. Way better than lifetime because they get to know the members and care for their well-being! By far the best gym in Orland Park. The equipment is new and modern which is a plus. Highly recommend!

The manager as well as the employees are very welcoming and friendly. The gym is open 24/7 and is completely safe with locked doors, only allowing members to enter. Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Avolve fitness since they opened up and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences! Gym is always very clean and smells great! Which I very much appreciate, especially during everything going on( clean is everything)! Clean is one of my main priorities when it comes to working out! There is always plenty of Sanitizing spray bottles and towels. For a small gym, they have the best selection of equipment needed to have a successful workout. To top off, they have tanning beds and they are open 24/7. Not to mention staff are very friendly and welcoming! Ken the owner is a great guy, he definitely takes the time to get to know all the members at the gym! For anyone looking for a personal trainer, josh is the one and knows what he is doing! Dareen is also very welcoming and friendly! If you’re looking for a gym with friendly staff and great atmosphere, look no further because avolve fitness is the place.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I, as well as our son and daughter work out at this gym. We love it! It's super clean, they provide ample sanitizers and towels to clean the machines and weights! This gym has every top quality machine and weight you would ever need for a great workout! The staff is super friendly and helpful, always welcoming! Dareen is a doll!! We will definitely refer our family and friends here.

Fantastic experience: Josh is the best! I chose this gym because the equipment was newer and better than most comparable ones in the area, and I loved the atmosphere. Josh made me feel welcomed after not being in a gym for a while. He was so helpful answering any questions I had that I ended up hiring him as my trainer which I highly recommend. Even though it’s a smaller gym, I never have to wait to use any equipment, and it’s good quality equipment. I can get in get my workout done and go.

Fantastic experience: I had been searching for a new gym when I visited Avolve in Orland Park with my girlfriend and her brother. I was looking for a gym that was affordable, clean and had locations near both Orland and Downers Grove. I have been going to the Orland location a lot more and have been very pleased. The employees are always super friendly and always willing to help out. I signed up awhile ago, but have been going more recently so I had some questions. Lexi was able to answer all of them & was very friendly in doing so. She explained everything in detail and was really helpful. I appreciate the friendly employees/environment!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Avolve for over a year now. Hands down the best gym I’ve been to. The cleanliness of this gym is unlike any other gym I’ve been to (and it always smells great in there!) They provide each guest with a spray bottle and rag to wipe down all equipment which is exactly what we all need in a gym. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. It is a smaller gym than most, but it has everything you need. It’s open 24/7 which is a huge perk because I never have to worry about trying to rush to the gym if I have a tight schedule. The staff is always on it with cleaning and maintaining equipment. If a machine breaks down, you can expect it to be back and running in no time! No doubt the best gym in the area!

Fantastic experience: So happy I found this gym! It is a true GEM that I wish I found sooner! As a new member who joined “post pandemic,”I am very impressed by the aura and service that I have experienced at Avolve. The gym is clean, new equipment, a bunch of amenities (tanning /massage room)& best of all a TURF ! The gym is never crowded(which I love,) but when there is a crowd - everyone is very nice and outgoing. The music they play is the best I’ve heard on a gym playlist. Ken( bossman) is so outgoing, funny, and SUPER WELCOMING. I’ve never felt so at home at a gym ! Best gym in the south suburbs without a doubt.

Fantastic experience: Seriously an amazing place to workout, unwind and get your mind right to say the least. Clean, smells new and has the latest workout equipment. 24 hour access, great and helpful staff. Ken has been very welcoming and helpful. 13 of my colleagues have joined all for $10 per month. The entire year at Avolve equals the cost of 2 months at my previous gym, No Brainer. Honestly a better gym. Can’t beat it with a stick! #Member4Life Thanks Ken!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym anyone could ask for if they like a clean gym, brand new state-of-the-art machines, great gym ambiance, friendly staff, 24/7/365 and 366 access on leap years, tanning, and personal training. You can’t beat it for the price. You can get jacked AND tan while you take gym selfies in their many mirrors. And best of all, NO old naked men walking around in the locker room!

Fantastic experience: I came on Monday and was welcomed by Josh, the general manager/personal trainer. He gave me a tour of the gym and allowed me to workout for the day to see how I liked it. The gym is spotless clean and all of the equipment is brand new, I love it!!! I met the owner Ken today and like Josh, he was down-to-earth and willing to answer all questions I had about signing up. I’m glad to make this my new home (:

Fantastic experience: I was gym hunting and I needed a gym that was not too big or expensive. Avolve had just opened up and a friend recommended it to me. This gym is the perfect place for me to workout and it is so convenient, so no more excuses. I appreciate on how well they communicate with their customers in the email to keep us up to date on any changes that will take place. To insure our safety during this pandemic, Ken's staff has been cleaning the equipment multiple times throughout the day. I honestly love going to this gym and all the employees are so welcoming! I hope they keep expanding!

Fantastic experience: Avolve Fitness is an amazing facility that has everything you need and more! For being a smaller gym, you will still always have something to do and there is no rushing your workout as the gym is open 24/7. No annual fees, amazing staff, extra amenities, the list goes on! Ken, the owner, is such an amazing guy and will always take the time to greet his members and make sure they feel comfortable. As a fitness professional that trains at a downtown gym, i cannot appreciate a great gym more like avolve especially that it is right next door. Amazing staff as well, very friendly!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! I actually switched over right when quarantined opened the gyms back up because my other gym did not open until much later and I couldn’t be happier. Ken and Josh are wonderful. Super nice and welcoming. The girls at the front desk ( sorry I don’t know your names) are so sweet. They always say hello and make you feel like you’re at home. It’s unbelievably clean and has all the equipment you need. No ANNUAL FEE!!!! Such a plus. I feel like this is a gyms version of Cheers (Where everybody knows your name). Would definitely recommend over any other place!

All the strength equipment you need and plenty of cardio machines as well. Everything maintained in perfect condition and super clean. Owner Ken is great. Fantastic experience: The best word to describe this gym is "unique". There is a great vibe to the place that starts at the top. I met the owner and you can feel the passion and the wanting to be different or as I define as "unique". The gym is clean, set up well, and more important it has energy that should translate to the workout. If your not a member here, I would definitely at the very least consider.

Fantastic experience: I joined Avolve Fitness a few weeks ago and have been impressed ever since. Everything is brand new, all the equipment is cleaned every and all day and the staff is very inviting and friendly. De and Josh are always there to greet you with a smile all the time! Fantastic experience: This gym is absolutely impeccable. Not only is the equipment extremely clean and brand new, the warm and friendly culture created by those that work there needs to be modeled by other organizations and other gyms. I have been to many gyms over the past year and can confidently state that there is no other gym that is as good as this one. The most interesting part is, despite the gym being small, you can’t even tell because of the way the gym is effectively laid out. Fantastic experience: This is a great gym - very clean! Ken (owner) had a lot to do with my considering joining. He's very polite, and enjoys when you share ideas/feedback (both good and bad) concerning his gym. I'm not a "regular" yet, but hoping to get myself on track and make use of this more often. Do yourself a favor and at least come check it out if you live in the Orland Park/Hills area.

Fantastic experience: Avolve was the first gym I checked out at the height of Pandemic quarantine and they were really clean and spacious. Cut off certain modalities to lessen human contact. Nice gym to get in the zone for a good workout. Not too big where it's distracting or smelly, but not too small where it feels cramped. Ken the manager is very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I joined Avolve about two months ago because it was closer to home than my old gym. I do not regret my decision to change gyms. The equipment is new, the staff is friendly and overall the atmosphere makes me feel comfortable. The personal trainers offer different dynamics when working out because of their own years of experience. Whether I’m working out with Alan or Ken, I always feel like I’m being pushed to my limits and always feel accomplished after a personal training session. They are always very helpful even if not specifically training me. Josh has given me a pointer or two about my form every now and then. I would definitely recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: BEAUTIFUL new gym! I’ve been a dedicated LifeTime fitness goer for years and years, and after speaking with Ken at Avolve, I realized it was time to make the switch there. I am now paying a lot less in fees, am able to use newer, cleaner equipment and facilities, and am able to workout in my own backyard as this location is perfect for me. My entire family has joined Avolve with me and now I’m able to workout with them, too! Thanks Ken!! You rock

Fantastic experience: My husband joined and couldn’t stop talking about how great it is there. So I decided to go in and check it out. I was instantly impressed at how beautiful the gym was and how friendly the staff was in explaining everything and not once did I feel like they were just trying to push me into signing up. It’s a beautiful gym with great equipment and it’s always kept very clean. I’ve been going for about 3 months now and absolutely love it there! You can tell that Ken truly cares and takes pride in his gym and everyone that walks through the doors. Ken and all of his staff is so nice, very down to earth, and extremely helpful. My daughter has now also joined and I recommend this gym to everyone I can. Thank you Ken and to your amazing staff, we couldn’t be happier!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at multiple gyms in the past few years and Avolve is by far the best gym I have been to. I joined about a month ago and I felt comfortable as soon as I joined. Ken, the owner, is the best and super welcoming. He jokes around with me and my mom, who also has a membership there which helps make it fun. Him and the other trainers are always available to assist and share there knowledge whenever needed. They make the gym special compared to other places! They have all the equipment you would need to get a good workout plus tanning and massage beds. I don't normally write reviews but they deserve a great one.

Fantastic experience: Best quality gym I’ve been to in Orland Park! I’ve been a member of Lifetime, Charter, and Anytime and this one has been hands down the best quality. Taking all things into consideration such as customer service, cleanliness, variety, and pricing—Avolve is the best deal I’ve found!
