ELITE Fitness Frankfort

Fantastic experience: Pretty nice gym, well-kept equipment and facilities. The only con is kind of small and if there was a locker room, I couldn’t find it.

Fantastic experience: My son recently started working out at this gym and is highly impressed with the equipment, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Very reasonable rates. State Employee/Government discounts. Convenient location with plenty of parking and parking lot is visible from a main road for after hours visibility.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful gym! The staff is friendly and the facilities are always clean, the equipment is well maintained, and it is never overly crowded.

Fantastic experience: I planned to join Planet Fitness but I got roped into ELITE because my friends were going there. Thankfull that I did. What started as a plan to hit the eliptical machine after work evolved into much more. It isn't the cheapest gym in town but it offers more possibilities. Equipment is extensive and in good repair. My experience: join a gym with the most varied equipment, you will grow into it.

Fantastic experience: Super clean and never crowded. Nice yoga studio. Literally every type of machinery that exists and loads of free weights too. Well worth it.

Fantastic experience: Traveling from out of state I was looking for a place to work out. Tisha made it very easy to come in and get a 3-day workout membership. Gym was super clean with everything kept in almost brand new condition. Overall a great place and will definitely be back next time I’m in Kentucky.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. Not only do they have state of the art new equipment they also have a very good group fitness schedule with all classes free to members. They also have a great cross fit area with all the equipment.

Fantastic experience: Well maintained machineries (both cardiovascular and weights) and free weights and clean. I do not take classes there but I can here the instructors teaching with music on the lower level (somewhat similar to a walkout basement ),
