Fantastic experience: I had a nice experience with the staff. They are very welcoming. The place is spotless no dust or muck. The whole staff is superb. Fantastic experience: This has been my gym for years now. Staff has always been nice and treat the gym well. Everything you need is here. At the time of this review, there's 4 squat racks, a cross training area, a cardio area, an upstairs for core work, and other machines. This separates the cardio side from the weights side which makes the gym feel spaced out compared to other gyms that are cramped. More than enough cables and dumbbells to go around. They just added another leg press machine and a belt squat machine. This gym gives you everything you need at an affordable price, 24/7. Couldn't recommend more!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym for close to a decade now and have never been to a more friendly gym…the front desk ladies (Alyssa and Mel) always greet me with a smile and ask me how my day is…the equipment is always clean and ready to use and the Manager Gary very professional and on top of his game…the water is also always cold and refreshing during and after the lift! Would not recommend any other gym besides this one!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out here for almost 2 years now. The environment is great and healthy. Everything is clean and new as well. Great place for beginners or seasoned lifters. Plenty of machines and free weights so you can really lift in any style you want. There is ALWAYS enough cardio machines too (treadmills, stairs, etc). Wouldn’t wanna lift anywhere else!!! (Open 24 hours too which is amazing)

Fantastic experience: Gary and Alyssa make a perfect team!! Registering was so easy and the gym is kept in perfect shape. All the equipment is kept spick and span and I have to applaud all management for that. They also have a good supply of 33 water bottles that I can purchase when I work out. Thanks!!!

Fantastic experience: Love the gym, plenty of equipment, unfortunately had to cancel because I moved too far for a daily commute. Manager made it super easy to cancel. Props to him. Too many horror stories about gyms making it super hard to cancel. If I ever move around here again, ReClaim will have my business.

Fantastic experience: Gary is the nicest most wonderful person my husband and I have ever met. He treated us like royalty when we went to check out the gym. He took the time to show us around, talk to us to get to know us, and we didn’t feel rushed or like he was too busy for us by any means, it was quite the contrary. The gym is doing a toy drive right now for Christmas and they do great things for the commujtyy and it just has a great family feel. They love military and we’ve honestly have never been treated so well in our lives. Thank you so much :)

Positive experience: I really like that ReClaim Fitness went 24 hours with the new owner. It is so much more convenient for me to go late in the evening. If I need to use the massage bed I can without finding someone to give me access. There are plenty of towels and spray to wipe machines down. The staff that I have talked with have been helpful. The overall cleanliness and lighting are great. Very positive improvements overall! My only complaint is still the same that I have had for several years. The music is TOO loud especially when the staff isn't there. Most people wear headphones but it is pounding over the audio on my headphones. My husband and I have asked many times in the past to turn it down so it is subtle background music. This is my time to focus and concentrate on myself. It is hard when I have that bass pounding in the background all time.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism I went to sign my son up for the New Lenox Reclaim Fitness and I got lucky when the person helping me was Melanie, the GM. She could not have been more patient with all my questions and the free weight area was very clean! Any worries about a safe workout space are gone - this was an easy decision.

Fantastic experience: Reclaim continually strives for the health and safety of their patrons. It is a small gym that offers a lot. I personally like the New Lennox branch in large part because of the set up is more conducive for me, the flow is better.

Melanie, who I believe is the GM, was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all questions. She made the sign up process easy and seamless. Really glad to hear the gym is now open 24 hours.

Great staff and have met a lot of great people here. Stop complaining about the price raise. Your priority should be your health. You can come up with 25$ a month to have a better life.

I feel safer at Re-Claim then most any other public place, store or restaurant. A big shout out to David who is continually cleaning and sanitizing. I have been a Very satisfied member for 17 years.

I’ve even had the pleasure to work there for Gary and Ray back in my younger days and have nothing but good things to say about them. Fantastic experience: Reclaim is by far my favorite gym I've ever been a member of. Front desk staff is awesome and welcoming which is a good bonus to starting a workout. The gym itself is very clean and brightly lit (plenty of windows) which personally I like. All of the equipment is in good condition and it's very fairly priced (even with the child care package).

Very diverse, unintimidating members and environment. This place blows the competition away for amenities and services and great prices!

Fantastic experience: This is such a great gym with such a friendly staff. Also very helpful when I had to put my membership on hold for when I was pregnant and was hospitalized for most of my pregnancy. I can’t wait to return and see how the daycare is.

It tops LA and Golds! Dan, Dan, Dave, Alphie, Colleen, Lindsey, Gary, and of course Ray are some of the trainers/managers I've come to know and like alot. If you're looking for a great gym that has everything you need for the best price, look no further!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of ReClaim for years. I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The club is always clean, even during recent renovations. I use cardio and weight machines and have even taken several classes. I have always found my workouts enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: Just started going to this gym and I love it! Great community with lots of options for dynamic workouts. They have a vast variety of machines and free weights. I like the music choice. Clean modern locker rooms, and nice wide open room for lunges, box jumps, and stetching. I highly recommend checking the gym out!

Fantastic experience: I've been with Reclaim for about 2 years now and I absolutely love it. The staff are always friendly and willing to chat. They have plenty of machines and equipment and a lot of classes. You really can't beat the quality of the gym for the price!

Fantastic experience: Don't know what that guy is talking about disrespecting women. I've been going since it was known as Cardinal. I've never seen staff disrespectful to anyone. Gym is clean and enough equipment to keep busy. Some equipment could be updated, but they keep it in good repair. For $10 per month it is kept up very well.

Fantastic experience: I truly love ReClaim Fitness! The staff are really courteous and helpful. The health club facility is big enough for the exercise needs, yet comfortable enough to feel good about the experience.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I've been to in the area. I frequented this location many times when the gym was still branded as "Charter Fitness." Since then the gym has separated itself from the Charter name and taken on the new brand of Re|Claim. Regardless, the gym is still the same - unchanged and an awesome place for all your fitness needs.

Fantastic experience: I've been an active member of Re/Claim Fitness since it opened as Cardinal 13 years ago. A few years ago I started attending the group classes, and now attend every class I can. The excellent instructors talk you through each move, every muscle group is worked., modifications demonstrated. I've seen improvement in my flexibility, range of motion, balance, stamina and strength. BTW, I'm an arthritic senior with a "Silver Sneakers" card, making me eligible for a free membership at LA Fitness, but I choose Re/Claim.

Fantastic experience: This gym is perfect for someone who wants a smaller gym with all the basic equipment. There's no pool, sauna, or any of the bells and whistles you get at LA Fitness, but this gym has what matters. The staff is very friendly and offers free memberships to military members, which is very much appreciated.
