Fantastic experience: This place is FABULOUS for people over 50. Having some prior injuries the staff here is very KNOWLEDGEABLE and will help you work through whatever your personal issues are to get a stronger healthier more fit body after 50.

They are truly interested in helping you achieve realistic goals by providing well instructed classes and always available to lead you through a circuit while being close by. This gym is spotless and equipment clean. It is rarely too crowded to provide an excellent workout for you. Great hours. A wonderful gym for people who have exercised before or those new to exercising. Perfect for people who need instruction each time they visit.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout! Always a safe workout as a personal trainer is always on hand to help you out. They even offer nutritional support! I work with the owner, and he is great!
