Fantastic experience: Great gym for heavy lifters to yoga fans and everyone in between. Always clean, family owned and not your cooperate let down.

Fantastic experience: I love body tech. Aside from having a variety of machines, free weights, etc., the atmosphere is fantastic. It's a very large facility so if you are someone who feels self conscious about your work out, it's typically very easy to find privacy. They have multiples of popular machines so you don't have to be concerned about waiting for a treadmill or elliptical. They also offer many fun, different, and FREE classes with your membership, so if you are a person who needs more structure or a more exciting way to get fit than simply lifting or using a cardio machine day after day, then you have many options available to you. The only complaint I might have are the Saturday and Sunday hours because the gym closes early. Despite this, however, the employees never make you feel rushed to leave and they are very friendly. The gym's temperature is kept relatively cool so that you can work up a sweat without overheating. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy Bodytech and all the amenities it provides. It's worth the money.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. I moved here from Naperville. This gym was recommended by the manager at Capitol Nutrition in Mokena. He said it was a great gym, and now I have been there for at least 2 months and love it. Definitely recommend it for anyone not looking to go to one of the mega gyms.

Fantastic experience: Body Tech is a great facility. It has everything I need to get a great workout. Clean, lots of machines and classes. I work with a personal trainer, Tressa, and she is the best!! She works with me to get the results I am looking for. She is a sweetheart

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Great owner. Great location. Great equipment. There’s a deadlift room in back, a yoga room for yoga classes (with hot yoga), tons of cardio equipment, a CrossFit area, plenty of squat racks, machines and benches. Has both a GHD and a Reverse Hyper. What more could you need?

Fantastic experience: Just join. It’s the best gym. The hot yoga room is the best around (and smells good unlike those carpeted hot yoga studios). They give you little towels, but bring a towel for your mat because you’ll sweat out those toxins ha. The classes are great; I love the spin, dance fitness and weight ones so much, and my kids love the kids’ room! My littles beg to go “work out” with me.

Fantastic experience: I join Body Tech in 2003. At the time, I ran a fitness center in another city, but wanted a place to do my own workouts. I was continually amazed at the cleanliness of Body Tech and that any equipment that needed repairs was quickly fixed (unlike the gym that I ran that had “out of order signs” for days or weeks).18 months later, I loved Body Tech so much, I joined their team as a personal trainer. It’s uncommon in my industry to stay at one gym long term or work solely at one facility, but that’s my story. I’ve never left Body Tech or worked anywhere else- for 14 1/2 years!The family atmosphere, amazing facility and programming, friendly and encouraging staff makes BodyTech hands down the best place for me to work and workout. I love this place!!!

Fantastic experience: I love being a member of Body Tech. The gym is huge and they have a class for everyone. So I am one who didn't really know what I was doing so I started off with seeing a personal trainer. Coach Darlene brought up my confidence by showing me proper form, showing me how to use the machines and what muscles I should be using. She will be your biggest cheerleader and biggest motivator! Any question I have I know I can ask her or anyone of the staff and they'll gladly help me out. I have gained the confidence and energy to start feeling comfortable in the classes and am so glad I made the decision to come here:)

Fantastic experience: My absolute favorite gym. Why? The atmosphere. It's not your cookie cutter type health club. It's for all ages, all levels, all areas of fitness minded people. From crossfitters to zumba, yoga to powerlifters, theres something for everyone. My favorite is the weight area. Theres actually weights in every section of Bodytech. Theres an independent masseuse on hand for appointments, they accept prime membership and silver sneakers (insurance health programs), they work with physical therapy patients (I'm not too familiar with exactly how, best to call and check), theres a 7 day a week day care (my kids love it there, afterall it has a tube slide, tv, and video games). The owners and staff are great people you get to know and make you feel like a part of their family. Weightlifting nostalgia posters, inspirational quotes by the late Ron Tomczak that kept me motivated during my prep. And smoothies you'll become addicted to.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Reasonably priced and it has a great atmosphere. There's a good amount of classes included in the membership like spinning, weights, kickboxing, and cross fit (to name a few). My son loves the child care center, he's made a lot of friends there, and it's always the same people working. The owner is very nice and he's approachable if you have any problems. I did have an issue once and he quickly resolved it. Lastly, if you have blue cross blue shield insurance, this gym is apart of that.

Fantastic experience: Lots of machines, dumbbells, free weights for weight lifting including squats and deadlifting. Several types of cardio classes and cross fit. Plenty of treadmills, elliptical trainers, steppers, bikes for pure cardio folks. Friendly crowd, diverse ages and genders.
