Fantastic experience: Huge facility. They have 3 or 4 of every weight machine imaginable in different locations in the building, tons of free weights, cross fit area, tons of cardio machines, large locker rooms with plenty of lockers. It can get crowded depending on what time you go but that is going to be at any gym you go to. Staff is nice. It is a clean gym. I really enjoy working out here.

Fantastic experience: There is a large variety of machines, free weights, bags, pool, sauna and steam room. Definitely something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: It's a dark little dungeon of a weight room. The seated calf raise machine, hack squat machine, and nautilus pull-over machine is the location's finest pieces of equipment. I hereby bless this location with 5 stars.

Positive experience: Big gym with a wide variety of equipment. You can pay for a one day pass if you are a passer-by around 10 dollars. Very clean, lots of people during peak hours so plan accordingly. They've got cardio equipment, to smith machines, to free weight equipment. They especially have 2 rooms for free weight lifting/squatting.

Fantastic experience: I moved here a year ago from the east coast and it's tough finding a place that opens late. So early in the morning to about late afternoon is the sweet spot here. Yes it's dark. Yes its a little cramp. That's ok since no one else is remotely close to you. It has everything you need with a little extra. Pretty sure a lot of the clientele have moved over to the Herndon spot which is great because it opens up this little gem. I've gone at night and found the 6pm+ gets pretty busy. But not busy enough where you can't complete your workout. I prefer this location over the others.

Fantastic experience: I love working out...this place has everything you can possibly need...sauna and steam room are the best for pre workout and cooling down after working out...I am in the best shape of my life thanks to gb3...

Fantastic experience: Gym is really good, but quite crowded. That's really the only issue I see with it, and there isn't much they can do to fix that. Quite a few classes to take if you're into that, lots of free weights and machines. All the machines are organized by body part and labeled so they're easy to find. They have a pool, a steam room, and a dry sauna as well. Locker rooms here also have televisions with ESPN and stuff like that on at all times.
