Fantastic experience: 9round has taken the guesswork out of my morning workout. I simply show up, wrap my hands and away we go. 1/2 hour every morning. The trainers are very much interested in making sure you get the best possible workout.

It’s a quick 30 minute workout but it definetly gets the job done! It helps that it’s guided and each round and each day is something new!
