Fantastic experience: We are in town for a few months while my husband is working here and it is so refreshing to find a good quality gym while we are on the road. The gym is huge, with one main weight room and a couple of smaller weight rooms/ machine rooms. There is a functional training room along with a classroom and several racquetball courts. There is also plenty of cardio equipment. The women’s locker room is always clean and very spacious. The most important thing I was looking for was childcare for my kids while I workout, and this place has exceeded my expectations. I know my kids are in good hands here and they actually look forward to going to the gym. Childcare is included in the membership whereas other gyms charge separately. You can’t beat $20 a month with childcare included! My only recommendation is that they upgrade the equipment in the machine room as it is all pretty outdated and some machines are awkward to use. Other than that, this gym is awesome and I definitely recommend it!

Fantastic experience: everyone is so friendly and they offer so many classes! its really awesome that they give a 6 month membership to new moms for free!! and the memberships are a great price. you also get childcare & 2 free sessions with a trainer.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to call my gym home. The equipment is good and there is plenty of it, making circuit training completely doable. The staff is knowledgeable and the customer service has quality as its goal. I love that this is locally owned and I have been extremely pleased thus far.
