Fantastic experience: This box has it all. Top of the line facility and some of the best coaches I have had the pleasure of working with. They are constant learners themselves and are always coming up with more/new ways to instruct and coach us. I am very thankful for their effort.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a CrossFit-Boot Camp hybrid, this is the place for you. The environment is full of people who are ready to “go get it“ and encourages others to do the same. All the trainers are very knowledgeable in human physiology and anatomy, which makes them all adept at offering advice, work out modifications, and guidance through the workouts. As a new person walking in, I was intimidated at first by all the lifting and high energy. However, members were really kind and helped point the way. If you are new here, do not be shy to speak up! Someone will point you in the right direction and help you get started. Overall, great experience and great workouts! Feeling strong day by day!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in here on Christmas Day. The best worst idea I’ve ever had ‍♂️ I didn’t expect to be doing such a long challenging WOD. Everyone was all supportive, super athletic and very humble. Come get some!!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best and most prestige gym in all of South West Florida. The owner Seth is a very knowledgeable trainer and really takes care of his establishment as well as everyone who works there or trains there. Nothing like it in town.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I’ve ever been to and the best place in town. I look forward to going to the gym. I’ve never felt this way about a gym. All the team members are welcoming and treat you like family. They all know you by your name and truly care about you. The workouts are amazing. They are challenging but very safe. I’ve never done the same workout twice and I’ve been a member for a year. Every trainer is knowledgeable and cares about your form and overall well-being. The gym and equipment are up to date and always clean. They play awesome music. The gym members are also very welcoming. I have made amazing friends that motivate me to push harder through my workout and keep me accountable to get to the gym. I love that your monthly membership is unlimited so you can come as many times a week you want, you don’t have to sign up for classes ahead of time and you aren’t charged a fee if you can’t make the class, like other cross training gyms in town. They are three complimentary classes for new people. This gym will have everything you ever want. Don’t wait to try it out. Iron DNA is the best.

Fantastic experience: I started ironstable crossfit with Jonas a Month ago. Best decision I have made for my fitness since the military. If your kicking around the idea of starting a good workout program, this is the perfect place to start.

Fantastic experience: I have dropped in at IronDNA / IronStable for two years now and have been extremely impressed by the gym. The staff is very professional, welcoming, and accommodating. The gym is large, spacious and always clean. This is now my "home" box when I am in Ft Myers

Fantastic experience: I travel frequently and experience many boxes/gyms along the way. DNA fitness is top rate from customer service to its members to coaching (thanks Vince!) it was amazing!!!! The little things matter too-- chilled towels, gum, (apparently I'm not the only workout gum-chewer out there), and bottled water. Not to mention a free T-shirt with my first visit! It won't be my last-- I can't wait to go back!!!
