Fantastic experience: Coach Colleen is such an enthusiastic and uplifting person who loves to see people succeed. The Wellness Project is a place for women to work out and get healthy while having some amazing cheerleaders in their corner. This is one of my favorite places.

However, I felt right at home at The Wellness Project from the moment I walked in the door! The camaraderie, accountability, motivation, support & most importantly, the new friendships I’m building at The Wellness Project FD are second to none! Fantastic experience: Colleen and Jordan awesome! The wellness project is such a safe and welcoming place for ANYBODY. I have never felt intimidated, I’ve only felt encouragement and support. I always dreaded working out, but not so much anymore. This is much more than just a fitness center, I've create real bonds with these women- and it gives a nice lil socialization aspect you don't get as in a typical come and go gym. Definitely give this place a chance!
