Fantastic experience: No matter what your ultimate goal in seeking out a new gym may be, overall fitness and well being is typically the driving factor. At Manic, total body fitness is front line. I spent years in other gyms where I became excessively strong in very specific muscle groups where other areas lacked. With Manic's balanced full body workouts I quickly realized the areas that I had lacked in previously and instantly started seeing overall improvements both in and out of the gym. If you are looking to improve performance and goals in activities outside of the gym no matter what they may be, this is the gym for you. Craig, the owner along with the rest of the coaching staff are all fantastic people who thrive to see every member succeed and achieve their personal goals. You really feel a sense of community and belonging at this gym, no matter what your fitness level may be, which is something lacking from most other gyms I've been to. Don't hesitate to give this gym a try, I did the trial period and after the first class was hooked and ready to sign up. Simply can't say enough positive about this place!!! -JB

Fantastic experience: I have never done any kind of training like Manic before. I started after my 63rd birthday, thinking that if I didn’t get serious about my fitness now I never would. I LOVE skiing, hiking and biking and thought I was somewhat fit for my age. HA! I can’t tell you how much fitter I feel after only 3 months of coming 3x/wk. It was hard and intimidating starting a workout regimen like this for me. Your muscles and joints ache, you don’t think you can do it. BUT YOU CAN! You just have to show up and try. What I love most about Manic is the structure, community, and coaching. I’m always given an alternative if I’m struggling with an exercise or if I’m injured. I am not allowed to slack either. I wanted to give a review after only 3 months to let people know that this is a welcoming place. Don’t be intimidated. You will improve. Just stick with it. It is SO worth it! I know that this is a journey I will be on for a long time. Thanks so much to Craig and the folks in the classes for their encouragement and support. I love this place!

Fantastic experience: This place has become a second home for me. The owner Craig and the coaches are all amazing and make you feel welcome. If you are looking for a new experience and have failed to see results for yourself this is the place for you. The workouts are always different and if you are new to interval training Manic has this amazing online app that you can use to watch the workouts ahead of time so you know what to expect and the trainers are always near to support, push, and guide everyone whether you are a beginner or advanced. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Manic is more than just another gym. This is a community of individuals that all aspire to challenge themselves though adversity to become their best selves. The atmosphere created by Craig offers both support and inspiration in guiding you through your transformation. My time with Manic has not only gotten me in the best shape of my life, but has given me tools and perspectives that assist me with the challenges of life.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous to join this gym because of how out of shape I was. I’ve been coming for 5 months now and won’t leave because of how much I enjoy it! Its the only workout plan that’s ever worked for me. It’s helped me physically, mentally and emotionally. The workouts are constantly changing, always challenging, and easily customizable to your own personal abilities. Craig is a great coach who really values knowing everyone on an individual level. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Manic Training for about two years now and don’t plan on stopping any time soon. I can’t imagine a better group of people and coaches to consistently push me out of my comfort zone and help me to improve as much as I have. I highly recommend you give Manic Training a try if you are looking for a variety of workouts and are ready to actually challenge yourself.

I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good workout and an awesome group of people to workout with. The workout is written for you weekly and the best part is you just show up ready to work hard without having to plan out a workout for yourself. Manic has also improved my ability to do all of my extra activities - soccer, snowboarding, running, hiking, climbing and biking. I feel so much more in shape and love that I can push myself in these things outside of the gym. Great gym overall and is a freaking awesome place to workout.

Fantastic experience: I've been working out at Manic for a while now, and I can say that this is the consistently the best workout I've experienced. Coming from Crossfit, Manic will challenge you in new ways and do a better job of taking care of your body in the process. Craig and the other coaches do an incredible job of building a challenging, fun, and encouraging community that quickly become family. Craig is an evil genius when it comes to writing up workouts... they are not easy... but will prepare you for a lifetime of activity and a better quality of life. Stop reading and just sign up.

Fantastic experience: I joined manic in january of 2020 and over that time period I had knee surgery. The trainers at manic adapted all of the workouts for my knee issue before and after the surgery and now I am back to 100% of the workouts. I do not think my leg or body would be as far along strength wise as it is now without having had manic workouts at home with me during this pandemic. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the tools you need to have a great workout! And by far the best workouts I've ever done (been a member of almost all fort collins gyms).

Fantastic experience: I attended Manic Training for a month before moving out of town, and it was hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. It feels more like a community! Craig and all of the coaches were fantastic at providing support and guidance. I loved coming to every work out. The classes are tough, but that is the best part. They are even posted ahead of time on the app so you can be prepared. I could feel myself getting in better shape after each one! I will miss this place, and cannot recommend it enough. Join for a class or sign up for a membership- you will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Manic Training. The workouts are impactful, challenging, and rewarding, the community is supportive and encouraging, and the trainer Craig and his staff genuinely care about each and every single person who attends. I continue to see improvements in my fitness ability every week and I plan to continue attending long after reaching my goals. Fantastic experience: Manic has been transformational for me. I came in after gaining weight and lacking motivation. Through the workouts and professionalism not just by staff but also the members, i found myself motivated and getting into better shape each work out. This program has changed me and made me stronger mentally and physically and I find my daily tasks, diets and routines to be much easier to manage. I highly recommend manic if you can grind through the pain and sweat to become a better you!

Fantastic experience: The coaches are FANTASTIC. You can feel that they want everyone to succeed in their goals, whether it be training for a marathon or just getting stronger. They are also very attentive to ensure you are doing each lift correctly to avoid injury and give plenty of positive encouragement during workouts. The workouts are challenging, but fun with tons of variety!! The part about Manic I love the most is the community. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive, and it’s not just the coaches! I’ve met so many incredible people, the Manic fam is one of a kind for sure :)

Fantastic experience: Joined the gym in the off season from mountain biking and dirt biking before the snow got good. I thought it was just going to be a way to exercise during the short days, but I was wrong!! Training for a couple months with this gym has transformed my mountain bike riding in a way that years of riding couldn't! Take it from me - I typically get in 100+ days off mountain biking a year and this is a game changer! It will increase your power bursts when climbing and will make you a better rider. 100% can't recommend this type of cross-training enough if you are into action sports like mountain biking, dirt biking, snowmobiling, skiing, etc. First several workouts are free - come give it a shot and you will be coming back for more!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a clean, well-maintained HIIT-style gym in Fort Collins, then Manic Training is your place. I've been attending Manic shortly after it opened in 2017, and I can speak from experience that you will not be disappointed with the workouts. Each class provides a different experience, where you may be working with dumbbells, kettlebells, ski ergs, airbikes, box jumps, rowing machines, slamballs, etc. The workouts have improved my running times and my overall stamina. I'd recommend this to any person looking to improve their fitness, whether you are just getting back into the gym, or are just looking to fine-tune an already well-oiled machine!

Fantastic experience: I searched around Fort Collins for the best gym from athletic centers to HIIT training and found Manic. Once I talked with Craig, saw the gym, experienced it for a week..I was hooked. All the coaches are great! Classes are always different. They are challenging, but you get stronger and build an endurance you never knew you had. Manic is motivating, it is family, it is a lifestyle. I love it!

Fantastic experience: Manic Training is by far the best gym I have ever joined. Each workout is unique and challenging-- requiring strength, agility and endurance. No matter where you're at physically, you can do these workouts (trust me, when I started, my physical fitness dismal at best). I credit that to Craig, who is knowledgeable, motivational, and genuinely cares about the progress of every person. The classes are hard and rewarding and I leave every session thinking that there was not a better thing I could have done with that hour of my life!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Manic Training for 4 months now, and continue to feel & see progress with each session. Craig does a great job of motivating everyone while also focusing on form and consistency of each exercise. The wide range of equipment always creates a unique and challenging class. I would recommend Manic Training to anyone looking for a great workout, or to anyone having trouble finding consistency in their workout routine.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love coming to Manic! Everyone is extremely friendly and Craig (owner) is great at pushing you beyond what you think you can do. The class workouts are always different and challenging. If you get bored here then something is wrong with you or you aren't trying hard enough. I've learned to "enjoy" some workouts that I used to absolutely hate. I can't say enough great things about this place. You have to try it to see what all of us are talking about.

Fantastic experience: I look forward to my manic workout and never leave disappointed. It’s a different workout every time - always challenging and never boring. It’s a class and there is structure but you make it fit your needs and your goals. You decide if you want to lift heavy or lighter. You decide if you want to move super fast or slow it down. If it’s too challenging the trainers will help you modify. If you want to challenge yourself even more you can do that too. The members are friendly, welcoming and supportive. The trainers want to help you and see you grow and succeed. The owner, Craig, is dedicated to helping his manic tribe make fitness a lifestyle. In addition to making sure his members have a great work out at the gym, Craig always has the manic tribe involved in different challenges like races, obstacle courses, hikes etc. You decide if you want to be involved or not. I started my fitness journey 30 years ago. I’ve tried just about everything. Manic has been my favorite! I’m in better shape today in my 40’s than I’ve ever been. I feel more focused, confident, empowered, and well rounded. Thanks Craig!

Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous moving to Fort Collins and having to find a new gym with a solid group of people to surround myself with. After doing my research and going to some trial classes, there was not a doubt in my mind that Manic Training was for me. Craig and all of the other trainers there are very supportive and took the time to get to know me. The other members of the gym were also very welcoming which was great coming to a new town where I didn't know anyone. The gym is not only great for the support group, but for the freakin results you get. I was at a decent weight before and after just 2 months working with Craig and the rest of the team, I have seen a major difference with my appearance and the way I feel. I have a toned stomach which hasn't been there in several years. I have way more endurance and strength to get through work, a long hike, or some climbing. I highly recommend this gym to whoever is looking for a place to enhance their lifestyle and meet other motivated people.

Fantastic experience: I joined Manic a little over six months ago. I can't say enough about how amazing this place has been for me. I thought that I was in decent shape prior to becoming a Manic family member; I was actively doing strength and cardio work, a runner, a yoga instructor. I have made so many gains in such a short time physically, but I am most proud of the mental strength I've acquired. Manic is so much more than just a "gym". Their motto: Ready For Life is truly what it's all about. Putting in the work in the gym, to be able to do the things you want to do outside the gym. The community is amazing. People have checked their egos at the door, and everyone supports each other. I love Manic and can't wait to see what I can accomplish this year!

Fantastic experience: What makes Manic a fantastic workout is the energy level that starts with Craig and his Team of Coaches. The Tribe (me and my colleagues) have been trained to show up, workout hard, and get in a great workout every time. I just need to make it to the door, and it happens. For me at 57 I have been through the bummer of aching knees and back and missing out on things I love. Manic has brought back my pain free running and helped me feel decades younger on the ski slopes. Fantastic experience: Manic Training is an incredible place to get a great HIIT workout. It is a new routine every day. Craig knows his stuff and keeps it motivating and safe. At 60 I'm regaining athleticism I thought was gone. Best of all, the crew that works out there is welcoming, supportive and fun to work out with. Definitely check it out.

Fantastic experience: Wow, what can I say about Manic?! First of all, I LOVE it. I honestly wasn’t sure I would. My expectation was that it was going to be really competitive, overly intense and intimidating. I was so very wrong. Manic is intense - but in the best way - the workouts are hard! It’s always challenging and always different. The energy in the gym is far from intimidating - it is supportive and positive. I walked in on my first day and everyone was gathered in a circle talking to the instructor - they all turned to welcome me and say hello. I love that I can tailor the workout to me... I have strong areas and weak areas that need work...but I’m not competing with anyone but me. Did I say there are no mirrors - I can’t tell you how nice this is. It’s the first gym I’ve ever been in that didn’t have them and until now I didn’t realize how distracting my own image was haha. Gone are the days that I worry about what I’m wearing or how I look while I’m working out. Craig is a stickler for form which has helped me immensely and helped with the years of back pain I’ve experienced. I can’t wait to start camping, backpacking and fly fishing this summer - Manic has me well prepared to enjoy the things I love!! I highly recommend Manic training for anyone Shannon

Fantastic experience: Manic has by far been the best gym to improve my overall fitness. It challenges strength, endurance, agility, balance, and mobility in every workout. It is always an hour well spent. Aside from feeling physically stronger after just a few months, it has made me mentally stronger both inside and outside the gym. It has showed me I can push myself much farther than I ever imagined. Manic is an amazing community to become apart of, with people from all fitness levels coming together to celebrate a healthy lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: Awesome high intensity workouts are challenging physically as well as mentally. Craig keeps his classes on schedule, provides excellent instruction, coaches proper form and technique while promoting a team/community environment. I started with a free week and loved it straight away, I have now been at Manic for several months and every session has been unique with ever changing exercises. The Manic workouts directly translate to being in the best shape of my life. Looking forward to the next session!!!!

Fantastic experience: In the last 3 months as a member at Manic, I have made more progress in my than any other 3 month period in any other fitness activity. The trainers are dedicated, passionate, and genuinely interested in the fitness of their clients. Pam and Craig have developed an amazing community. The workouts are incredibly challenging and are created to building a physically stronger body and a mentally stronger mind.

Fantastic experience: You will never find a place better than Manic. The training is unreal! Craig does an amazing job at making sure you are pushing yourself and doing everything correctly. Class starts right on time and you work the entire time. Each workout is different and they are all challenging physically and mentally. Manic never disappoints! Best training ever!

Fantastic experience: I am 40 years old and I have never worked out. I read about Manic Training online and my husband and I decided to give it a try. Craig is so nice and encouraging. He adjusts the workouts to a level that I can do them. It hasn't been a month since I started and I am already noticing little changes. I have more energy and I can climb our stairs without getting out of breath. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Our gym closed at the end of March, and after being disappointed with several attempts to replace it, we found Manic. I was amazed and fell in love with Manic after the first workout. We fight as a team, everyone is accountable, and the workouts are challenging. The encouragement and professional direction I receive every workout really impresses me. Craig makes sure I do the workout right, and gives me difficult but reachable goals. My wife Jackie have found our new home to go to for 'Workout Dates'! After 12 sessions in the last month and a half I am already enjoying significant results with my strength, stamina, and confidence.

Fantastic experience: The workouts at Manic Training Fort Collins are nothing short of amazing. The workouts are difficult but doable. They allow you to tailor the weights to your comfort level while pushing you to do better. I left Manic Training feeling energized and ready for my day, but I definitely felt the soreness kick in as the day went on! The facility is beautiful and clean, the equipment is brand new, and the trainer is motivating and inspiring. No matter what skill level you are, I fully recommend giving Manic Training Fort Collins a chance. You will see results not only physically, but mentally as well.

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Craig at a local winter 5k run and icy plunge into Horsetooth Resevoir, the fact that he was there and crazy enough to run and plunge was great but he also had a whole TEAM of Manic Training enthusiasts that banded together and completed the run and plunge together. He suggested that I swing by and give it a try and I was immediately hooked! Love the workouts, the facility, the way the program is designed and led, and especially the team/family atmosphere. Everyone works the same workout and helps each other to succeed and excel. Manic has helped me become stronger in all the other sports I enjoy which in turn has improved my overall attitude. Very grateful for Manic, Craig, and all the hard work that goes into making it happen!

Fantastic experience: I am a 59 year young woman who has had bilateral knee replacements 2 years ago. I have been swimming most of my life and I was grateful to have swimming to keep me moving. I was wanting a bit more weight bearing exercise to help with bone density and indurance and decided to try Manic Gym. Craig has worked hard to develop a workout that has kept me motivated The results continue to exceed my own expectations of what I thought I was capable of doing. The workouts are 45 minutes long, challenging and fun, I look forward to going 3 times a week. Craig is a great teacher, caring, compassionate and encouraging and I am so happy to have found you, thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: Great workout! I would never have had the courage to walk into a gym like this if not for the owner, Craig. All workouts are attainable for all levels of fitness, without being intimidating, yet the best and most effective cardio and strength training. No matter what your level of fitness, everyone is challenged. I have definitely seen results. Craig is a constant source of encouragement, vision and goals. Fantastic experience: There was a large group of us that were going to another gym that had to close. When it closed we were all lost. We were struggling to find a place that we fit in and challenged us. One in our group found Manic and it has been a blessing. Manic pushes me personally in so many ways physically and mentally. Fantastic experience: Joining Manic Training is a great way to meet new people, get your fitness on, and become part of something much bigger than yourself. Fantastic experience: ❤️ Heartfelt Inspiration!! Manic is not just any gym! It has made me stronger physically, mentally and especially spiritually! Every week we get to try out new and exciting ways to challenge ourselves! The MANIC TEAM we have is priceless! The suppprt we have for eachother at each workout is truly amazing! My husband and I go together 3 X’s a week. It feels good to have my life partner with me encouraging one another and meeting goals in the gym to be ready for life outside the gym! Fantastic experience: I have been with Manic for 8 months now and it has been the most wonderful gift to myself and in my journey to better health. The owner/trainer, Craig is the best trainer I have had the pleasure of working with. His ever watchful eye catches things I need to change and modifies workouts when my prior injuries flare up. I appreciate the fact that he is organized and punctual, and direct in giving instructions for the workouts. I love that he is an example of what he trains and when he works out along beside the team, I personally am encouraged. The workouts are tough. Period. I have found that with these workouts, I haven't only gained strength physically, but mentally and emotionally. My balance and endurance is getting better and it will continue to do so. This year is the first year that I have done 5K obstacle races, and 2 1/2 years after my heart attack that I have gotten back into running, without fear. I honestly have to say, I never would have done this if I hadn't had the training that I do at Manic nor the support that I get from the members of the gym. I love the feeling of walking through the door as it feels like I am coming home to see family and friends. There is no competition at Manic as we are all on the same team grinding out the same workout, just on our own levels hoping to do better than we did the day before. Manic Training WILL get you ready for life.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever trained at. Manic has made me feel like an athlete again. Every week the workouts incorporate agility, strength, and endurance training. Each workout is suitable for all levels, and the whole Manic community is really one of a kind. Never thought I'd be so excited to get my butt kicked!

Fantastic experience: I am a 60+ year old male who, until May 2016, was never big into strength training for any period of time. Although I did push-ups, sit-ups, and two-mile runs as part of my military physical fitness testing during my 6 years of active duty and 17+ years in the reserves, and have run several 10k's, 4 half-marathons, and some other short distances between 1980 and now, I never did any regular weight-lifting or resistance training. Current medical thinking is that strength training is one thing a person can do to stave off, if not outright prevent, the onset of Alzheimer's and the loss of muscle mass - two areas of my health I am concerned about. My daughter-in-law managed to get me to try Crossfit in May 2016, which I managed to stay with until mid-August 2017, when that gym closed. In need of a place to do some strength training which I had by then developed the need for, become accustomed to, and wanted, I checked out Manic Training. A couple of Facebook friends and a couple of trainers at my previous gym had mentioned it (coincidentally(?)). I like that Manic Training-Fort Collins workouts are predetermined and done in a group setting and available to go to 6 days a week and at different times of the day. Both Zack (one of the trainers) and Craig (owner/trainer) modify some of the exercises for me as needed, because of a persistent rotator cuff injury, ensure I do the exercises correctly, and keep me on track. I am training for my first marathon in late April 2018 and consider my Manic Training sessions 2 or 3 times a week great cross-training. For a challenging and worthwhile experience, I would highly recommend Manic Training for those looking for something different, fun, and satisfying! The people are friendly and supportive and help make the hour sessions go by quickly. I checked it out and am glad I did.

Fantastic experience: Manic is awesome!! Craig does a great job maximizing your workout no matter what skill/fitness level you are. I promise if you give this place a try and give 100 percent effort you will not be disappointed in the results. Expect to be sore, expect to have fun, and expect to be very excited about your physical improvement and have confidence you will meet your goals.

Fantastic experience: Manic Training consistently provides me with a great work out. Craig and his staff are well prepared, organized and know how to motivate. I walk away from Manic workouts feeling like it was an hour well spent. I maximize my time by going there. I see the results and I feel stronger. They are there to support you no matter what your ability. Highly recommend Manic and Craig!

Fantastic experience: Manic Training will change your life forever! I have been a member since October, 2017 and have religiously attended my 1 hour training sessions 3X/week as a supplement to my road and MTB training. The owner/instructor, Craig Gundlock, and his team are dedicated and committed to helping us all meet our individual and collective goals. Each class is unique with emphasis on high intensity interval training (HIIT) and total body strength. Craig is hyper engaged in each training session to ensure everyone is using perfect form while achieving our workout objectives. Craig's care goes beyond the gym. He has contacted me multiple times at home to check up on my fitness progress and to keep me motivated to reach my maximum potential. The atmosphere in Craig's gym is like a family. We encourage each other while competing to exceed our own expectations to excel beyond what we think we're capable. We also participate and compete in races/events outside of Manic Training sessions. This has been a great way to meet new friends while expanding our Manic community. The equipment used in Manic Training is first class. We use a variety of highly specialized machines, weights, balls, benches, and bars. Craig meticulously cleans and maintains his gym and equipment. I highly recommend giving Manic Training a try. Fantastic experience: Manic Training is by far the best gym I have ever been a member of! I love that every workout is different and is a new challenge ever class. I’ve been a member for 4 months and I can honestly say I have never felt better. I 100% recommend this gym to everyone! Wether you are in great shape or not so great shape Craig is awesome at making you feel comfortable and will help you reach your goals!

Fantastic experience: Manic is the best!!! The positivity of the instructors and members is amazing and inspiring. The quality of these workouts can’t be compared to any other work out program I have done before. The results are the proof!! The work outs are always different and can be applied to any sport or fitness goal. I am in the best shape of my life and genuinely look forward to every work out. This isn’t your average boring gym. Manic gym is clean, safe, fun and challenging! If you are looking for a gym that is fun and challenging check this gym out!!

Fantastic experience: Manic Training is the best thing to happen to Fort Collins since I moved here 3.5 years ago. I had searched and tried upwards of 10 different gyms and was always disappointed before Manic opened its doors last fall. Manic is what I have craved and searched for since moving here. Manic is unlike any other gym. You don't just come in, do your workout and then leave. Manic is a community. It's made up of people who show up, work hard, support one another and enjoy life outside of the gym. The workouts are always different and you NEVER get bored. After going to gyms in the past, I would often feel like I was "in shape" and the workouts weren't very challenging anymore. I've been going to Manic since it opened and I have never once felt "in shape"...the workouts kick my butt every single time. Manic changes you physically, but almost more importantly, mentally. It teaches you to not doubt yourself and to realize that you and your body are capable of way more than you ever thought was possible. For many of us, Manic is our "home" away from home. It is a place we look forward to going to filled with people who have become our second family.
