Fantastic experience: A woman in my early sixties, I’m not the athlete that most people envision when they think of CrossFit. I got started 4 years ago when a shoulder impingement and a doctor’s diagnosis of low bone density threatened to seriously restrict my activity level. Rather than take drugs for osteopenia, I decided that CrossFit might help. The group workouts, the variety and the scaling options all appealed to me even though I was the oldest woman in the gym. And after just 2 years of hard (but enjoyable) work, I was stronger and fitter than I’d ever been and my bone density had increased by an amazing 10%. I feel that being in a CrossFit program has allowed me to get older without getting old. When I was in Fort Collins recently for a 4 month stay, I was lucky enough to find and join CrossFit Evolve to continue my training. Evolve is an exceptional CrossFit box, with great comraderie and close attention to detail shown by Jon & the other coaches. I was particularly impressed with their goal to make each and every athlete improve over time, rather than focus on speeding through the workout of the day. Also impressive was the work they put into figuring out ways to help each of us achieve our fitness goals. I’d recommend CrossFit Evolve for anyone, whether you’re already an accomplished athlete or just beginning to get fit.

Fantastic experience: Amazing fitness community and even better coaches. I’ve tried quite a few gyms in the area and this is imo the best CrossFit gym in NoCo. I feel for the most part everyone is there to get better and help each other along the way.

Fantastic experience: We've dropped in multiple times during our visits to Fort Collins. Every time we are greeted with open arms and rewarded with sore muscles (in a good way!) the next day ;-). The thing I can't stress enough is that everyone who we have met (coaches, owners, owner's father, members) are incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. You can tell right away it's a special community and it is encouraged to be safe, vocal, and not to be intimidated if you need scales/subs for any portion of the workout. Lastly, this is a small thing to some people, but not to me. The coaches always take time to introduce visitors to the broader group before the WOD. I really appreciate the time they take to do this. It made me feel much more comfortable from the start, and members also took initiative to introduce themselves. You never know when they might need to visit a box where you are from so it's wonderful to make connections. Keep up the great work CrossFit Evolve and thank you again for always being such an awesome place to want to come back to every time we visit.

Fantastic experience: The last couple years have been rough on gyms, but happily this gym is still standing strong. I credit that to phenomenal leadership. They moved to a 24 hour access model which is a wonderful draw for people who need a flexible workout option. The coaching and focus on individual ability, success, and safety builds an environment of trust. But more importantly, the owners are incredibly pragmatic. They have consistently and transparently demonstrated their process and intentions when pivoting and making difficult choices for the gym. They lead from a position of humility and service to their members. There is a foundational culture of inclusivity and promotion of health and growth that is measured by individuals and not by trophies. I love this gym.

Emailed Lauren to make sure they had spots open for visitors and received a warm welcoming reply. From the coaching staff to it's members, everyone is very friendly and easy to get along with! Awesome experience and environment. Can't say enough good stuff about CrossFit Evolve.

Fantastic experience: Do you want to want to be surrounded by mirrors so you can look at your pump while a coach that's six inches from your face screams at you to go harder? If so Evolve is not the place for you. Evolve is filled with welcoming, incredible, friendly people! The coaches are hard working and experienced! Best place in FoCo to throw down ️‍♀️️‍♂️

Fantastic experience: I've been to a handful of boxes in my day and this box by far exceeds expectation when it comes to cleanliness, great coaching staff, friendly atmosphere, and things to get involved with. The coaches at this gym do everything they can to make you feel at home, to welcome you with open arms, and make sure you are getting a good workout in. They are big on form which is the most important thing when I look for a box. They also have girl coaches which I LOVE. I'm thankful my husband and I have found such a great place we can call our "second home" , now we just need to get out butts in there more often. And yes, people are holding you accountable.

Fantastic experience: The people here are my second family, lots of floor space, all the equipment needed for classic challenging Crossfit. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and will help you whether your a member or just dropping in.

Fantastic experience: Being a travel nurse I have tried out more than a few handfuls of crossfit gyms. Evolve is by far one of the warmest and most welcoming ones I have been to. I was drawn to this location for the programming, but I will stay because of the community! I only wish I had more than 7 weeks!!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Evolve for a couple of years. The place is top notch in every way. All of the coaches are first class professionals. All of the athletes are great people. It is a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment for sure, but at the same time quite effective. If you're kicking around the idea of trying Crossfit I highly recommend contacting Evolve. If you come to a 6pm, I will see you there! :-)

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Evolve since 2012 and it is still the favorite part of my day. Wonderful coaches and members with a fun, laid back and inviting atmosphere and absolutely zero attitudes or ego's. The focus is always on proper form, being safe, and doing what is right for you. I go in the evening after work and it always melts away the stress of the work day. I love this place!

I am not exaggerating when I say this place has changed my life in the last three and a half years. I am all around healthier because I walked through that door. If you think you can’t do the same thing you are wrong. I promise you. They scale every workout for you and all of us started somewhere. Come check it out! :)
