Fantastic experience: Not a bad facility, friendly staff and plenty of machines to work out on.

Fantastic experience: Staff is always nice and helpful. Locker rooms and restrooms are always cleaned. It’s very appreciative to come to a clean locker room and bathroom. Additional plus is that this place is less busy than other gyms around.

Fantastic experience: Pretty good selection of equipment. Fairly hot, but a non-issue for me. Wish the pool wash open in the evening.

Positive experience: It's an OK gym. Will have to do while the best gym, FIRES Fitness Center, is temporarily closed. Tiny hot-boxes for weight rooms, forget about it if it's crowded. Cardio rooms, more hot-boxes.

Positive experience: Nice space that's not as crowded as the other gyms. Not too crowded if you want a lunch swim

Fantastic experience: This review is for the pool. I took my two kids: 18 month old and 3.5 year old. I brought their floaties, but they said they only allowed coast guard approved floatation devices. My kids stuff was not, but they have life jackets there that are. They had one infant life jacket that worked great for my 18 month old and they had lots of life jackets in other sizes and they had plenty that fit my 3.5 year old. Which is nice to have for next time. I don’t have to bring that stuff. I will say since I only saw 1 infant life jacket, I’d bring still bring one (in my case buy one of my own) just in case. :) The life guards are really kind and polite and they are very attentive. They were very patient with my littles, and took extra care and watched out for them and occasionally had to kindly reminded them to not run and be careful. At the front desk there was a person who asked if it was our first time and showed us to the locker room. Really friendly. :) It was overall a positive experience. It is free, and I would go there again.

Fantastic experience: We love going here. This is where my son conquered his fear of the diving board! It is never packed...and it is FREE! Water temperature is fairly warm for the most part. Great atmosphere! Keep up the good work guys and gals!

Fantastic experience: Has a very large basketball court with multiple hoops allowing several people to play at once. There is also an indoor pool on this gym which is nice. There are 3 different room full of weight training equipment and machines. Just about anything you could want to make your gains. Their are 2 different rooms with cardio equipment to choose from which is very nice. Also gym has 3 or 4 racket ball courts which makes for a fun, challenging, and intense cardio work out. Out door track is also co located with the gym. There are also vending machines with energy drinks, Gatorade, protein bars, etc.

Fantastic experience: Clean and friendly, has saunas, upstairs indoor track, and basketball courts along with all the usual gym amenities. Track 9 laps = 1 mile.

Fantastic experience: Only on post gym with a pool and decent assorment of cardio machice to wieght equipment from beginners to body builders. Very friendly staff and same people go daily not including some of ait kids

Fantastic experience: The staff is wonderful and keeps the place in incredible shape. I like that it never feels too crowded, and once again gotta mention how the staff are not only friendly and professional, but go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and encouraged.
