Entering the center I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from Ms. Pat #Front Desk - She was/is-Very friendly, fun and informative. I enjoyed the Class & Trainers as well as the Facility. Fantastic experience: Greeted with professionalism every morning sessions and evening sessions. Pam and Mel and the staff are always Informative and helpful. The classes given on Tuesday and Thursday by The Guru of Abs DeShaun Johnson for your 50plus group is awesome and refreshing. The equipment is always available and Covid 19 procedures are in place Daily. Fantastic experience: Samson Health & Fitness provides a friendly family style workout facility with the very clean equipment to meet all age level and physical ability needs. The front desk staff provides support and good conversations. Pam Evans treats the children on the courts like her own. Melanie Render encourages you to find a trainer to fit your needs. The friendly staff provides a great atmosphere for working out.

Positive experience: Nice complex. I was there later in the evening after my intended sanctUary office was my destination since in atlanta. I watch this church regularly and love the pastor Dr. Bryant who I wanted to read my book of poems. There was signage and 2 employees at the desk and also several people exercise walking. They closed the gate I entered into but found the exit to the right. I cant wait to see what they develop on the huge amount of land the church owns.

Positive experience: This is the fitness center at New Birth MBC. The facility is still functioning though it is showing signs of wear and lack of upkeep. It's as old as the church so wear is expected but care is needed by the staff to get it back to where it once was.

Positive experience: Nice sports complex, especially when they have the basketball tournaments.
