Fantastic experience: I've been a member for several months now and my opinion of 9ROUND Forest Drive has only grown, if it could have gotten any better. I was impressed with it from the start. David and Ginida have become good friends. I look forward to each workout. David makes them challenging but within my abilities. I can tell a big difference in my agility and strength. As a person with Parkinson’s, I tried physical therapy several times with mixed results. But since joining 9ROUND Forest Drive, my Parkinson’s symptoms have regressed quite a bit. I can perform activities that were difficult if not impossible before. Whether you have Parkinson’s or not, 9ROUND Forest Drive is a great place for a workout.

RIP is an excellent trainer and great guy. The workout always leaves me feeling better than when I went in, even on days I considered skipping. The workouts vary and fit all levels of fitness and health.

Fantastic experience: I was in town for a week and the owner, David gave me an awesome workout! I am from Maine and have been a 9Round member for over a year and was so grateful to be able to workout at the Forest Drive location. I appreciated that my trainer noticed some flaws in my technique and took the time to help my tighten my form. Thank you for allowing me to get some much needed exercise at your gym while in town visiting relatives.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in the door, it is a personal experience! I am a member at the Forest Acres location in Columbia, SC and I absolutely love the community there! The trainers are very skilled in identifying and providing individuals with modifications for each exercise to ensure you understand and perform each exercise with proper form! They make it their priority to help you get the most out of your workout! I've tried many different gyms, but the 9Round experience and results from the past 2 years here are the best I have ever seen!
