Fantastic experience: Great Ymca. Rhonda the Zumba teacher is very good. She has a great personality making all who attend her class feel welcome. Her dance moves are easy to follow because of her abilities to show you the movements. Upbeat music. I always enjoy her classes.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Bayer YMCA for 3 months now and I can personally say it changes your entire thought process when you think gym. You don't have to worry about making up your own workouts, you have people motivating you the entire time and you get a friendly environment of family and friends who all respect you and only want to see you get better. Give this place a shot!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy working out here. The gym is always clean, quiet, and never too crowded. I appreciate having such a nice place so close to where I live, with all the equipment needed for my workouts and an excellent sauna. I'm a fan.

Positive experience: I come 4 to 5 days a week for the water aerobics classes. The instructors are phenomenal! I use the dressing area that is open for both men, women and children. There is a critical need for seating in both bathrooms and in the dressing areas. We are constantly dragging the 2 plastic chairs provide from the restrooms to the dressing areas. Please provide chairs in both restrooms and dressing areas. Seniors need these chairs for support while dressing and undressing.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to lose that extra weight. They have a state.of the art gym with 8 baskets. Even little one for dunking on. They also have a beautiful exercise room staff is always nice towels are always white smell new like a hospital. It's so much to talk about they treat you like they know you. And I appreciate that. I recommend you go here to play basketball this is the spot.
