He always keeps me motivated and pushes me to achieve my fitness goals. Este es un gran gimnasio. Cuenta con el mejor entrenador personal. Su nombre es Elvys. Se lo recomiendo grandemente a cualquiera que esté buscando un entrenador personal experimentado y amable. Siempre me mantiene motivada y me empuja a lograr mis objetivos fitness.

He is knowledgeable in PT, has all exercises prepared for you, explains the process well, helps with form and achieving the specific goals you want. He also keeps you motivated and provides good accountability. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly. If you go super early in the morning or super late at night, there is usually not really an issue using the equipment you want to use.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy working out at this gym - its small, clean and personal. Especially Elvys, the personal trainer. He is motivating, knowledgeable and personal. After pregnancy, I needed a boost and Elvys helped me find it! He encourages you to challenge yourself physically, and sets you up to succeed with his accommodating and enthusiastic disposition. He has really made me find the enjoyment in working out again!!

Not only is there a great ambience but also Elvys Fernandez is an amazing trainer. He is very reliable and has tons of knowledge when it comes to fitness. The best results I have yet to see. Love this small family oriented spot.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Elvys here a few months ago and I could not recommend it more. I injured both my knees a few years ago which impacted my workout routine greatly. Since I started training with Elvys I have never felt my legs stronger and have never seen myself progress the way I am doing now. I can’t recommend him enough. He not only guides you through the workout but also helps you implement a nutritious diet.

Fantastic experience: Four years ago, after my second pregnancy I decided I was ready to make some big changes in my body but I knew I needed extra support, knowledge and encouragement from someone else. I am so glad I found Elvys. From day one, he has been nothing short of an amazing Personal Trainer. He always creates a unique variety of exercises each week that challenges my abilities and insist on my extreme focus to achieve my goals. He also has given me awesome feedback and information on how to support my goals outside of our gym sessions including healthier food choices I should make. He is an amazing trainer and of course I definitely recommend him.

In a few months he was able to get me training regularly and my body thanks me for it!! Excellent gym and amazing trainer!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this gym to train with Elvys for about 8 months now, after having my baby. So far I’ve gone from 190 lbs to 160 lbs with his guidance. I had trained with him back in 2015 and got in the best shape of my life. After having my baby, I was able to find him here at this gym. I couldn’t be happier with my results so far. Not only will he guide you while you’re at the gym working out but also with your diet plan. Couldn’t recommend him enough

Fantastic experience: This is my first time joining a fitness center. I am germaphobic and do not like crowds. However, this place is very clean (work area and bathrooms). Music is not loud. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Lazaro is my trainer. Five stars for him.
