Fantastic experience: Ive been Crossfitting for a little over 3 years now on and off and i must admit by far, best box in Miami. The facility is like no other with 14,000 SQ ft. An amazing competition rig that suits 16 people, bathroom showers and day care for the children for those with kids. This box has everything you need, most important of all the atmosphere, I highly recommend this Box to any current crossfitters or any beginner crossfitters looking to get into the sport.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym for a while and recently I have noticed that they have been paying more attention to detail. The bathrooms are clean and the locker rooms are picked up.

Fantastic experience: I love this box! The members are friendly and supportive. The coaches are amazing! They are helpful, motivating, and insightful. I’ve been at the box for a couple of years and they helped me transform my life. I dropped 80 lbs and am now more athletic than I was in high school. I can’t say enough good things about my Tam Fam. If you’re reading this and considering joining, DO IT! Don’t overthink it, come by for the intro classes and start your fitness journey. Then come say hi if you see me around! Fantastic experience: I am new to CrossFit and enjoyed the workout. I have been a not so regular member of LA Fitness for many years and sometimes wondered about the hype of CrossFit. You must experience it. They have a welcoming environment with encouraging participants. The workouts have an underlying structure the engages the entire body with exercise that change daily. The warmup was adequate. There is a constant focus on body mechanics to ensure proper movements before going up in weight, which is very important. As a beginner I didn’t feel any pressure perform a certain level. I highly recommend the gym to all fitness levels!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Crossfit Tamiami for close to a year now and I am so happy to have found this place. Everyone was so welcoming from the beginning. The coaches are great in helping and instructing us and leading the classes. There’s a Crossfit class and a Pulse class that you can choose from depending on what you prefer. The space is huge so you rarely feel like you can’t move during workouts. There is plenty of equipment for the classes and it is all kept very organized and clean. Overall I am very happy to be part of the Tam Fam!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Very attentive to everyone that does a class, movements are scaled to your needs. This gym is for anyone and everyone, whether you've never lifted a weight in your life or not, this is the place for you to start.

Fantastic experience: Not your average corssfit gym?! I loved it! The variety of workouts and different options for you to choose. They have a pulse workout and a regular CrossFit workout for you to choose at a variety of times. I tried the pulse workout. The pulse workout is a hybrid of Core exercise for the first half and the second half is a modified CrossFit. That emphasized on more fundamental movements. They have a family workout at certain times as well, so no need for a baby sitter bring your teenager in for that workout. So much equipment at your disposal and they are willing to help you grow and get better, no matter what your fitness goal is. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO TRY. All Pros for me: 1. They always warm up before you start. 2. Post stretching is there for you unless you're in a hurry to leave. 3. Showers are available ( bring your own towel) 4. Smoothie spot has its own kiosks inside 5. Logging before you're class is simple and user friendly 6. You can keep track of your PR ( Personal Record) with the login app.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! I've been crossfitting a few months at different boxes. However, Tamiami has exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, Chantelle is by far the best coach and 1st class in providing customer service. The registration was easy and the coaches/people who work out there are not stuck up as I've experienced elsewhere. If you want a class with engaging coaches and friendly people this is your box!

Fantastic experience: Great box, great coaches. Have my whole family crossfitting. Older son in the teen program, youngest in kids' and wife in the endurance class. Best of all when you are there you are home, a big familiy!
