Fantastic experience: If you want a place where you can work your butt off and have fun doing it, this is the place. Russel always provides unique, difficult workouts that will keep you engaged and actually excited to workout! They work all the muscles during the week and workouts are never the same. Also during these “Covid times” I feel extra safe, you have your own space during the workouts, gym is always clean and they follow all the social distancing guidelines. I am so grateful for this place and the transformation my body has undergone I’ve lost 5lbs in 1 month. Simply amazing!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing facility! The moment you come in. You get greeted. The cleanest gym I’ve seen. Everyone is family. Their open 7 days a week. They have professional Certified trainers that could modify any exercise to you expectations. This is a all level gym. Get ready to work the moment you start. Heart rate stays up the entire time. The first class starts at 5:00A.M. Come try it out. First class is free!

Fantastic experience: Empire Fitness is a great gym. Russell and Jonathan do an outstanding job of giving us different workouts everyday and the encouragement to meet our goals. They are amazing people and they have built such a great environment for customers to feel comfortable and also welcomed. The owners are knowledgeable and help you with your form and help push you, the facility itself is excellent and spacious. They also have all the equipment well maintained. Come check them out.
