Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Amazing boxing for kids. My daughter is 6 years old, with ADHD and this place has done wonders for her. She is learning to stay focused during boxing and at home, she enjoys coming here and cries if she is unable to attend. The staff is beyond wonderful! The coaches are wonderful at teaching, so patient, and extremely caring.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that I started training here and is already AWESOME, I haven't train for like 6 years, and I felt the great training I almost die aha, but I feel super great, now I know this will be my gym for a lot of years more.

Fantastic experience: Went there one Memorial fay evening to do a modified Murph. First time there and is my first day of the 16 week challenge. The coach there was great! My wife and i are happy with our first workout and can't wait to continue.
