Fantastic experience: Great place to get a good workout. It's been a huge plus that it's been such a safe/comfortable atmosphere where I can totally pace myself and still get kind advice from fellow gym members that are far ahead of my build, but no discrimination whatsoever

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym in the area, trust me I've been to them all. It's a serious environment, with a serious atmosphere. But, every one is genuinely kind and stays in their own lanes. If you wanna see gains, why not try a gym own by an alabama powerlifter, did I mention he has a pro card?

Fantastic experience: I’m a member and one of the best values of any gym I’ve been to. They don’t have a bunch of silly rules and it’s a great place for a nice, hassle free workout. The gym is always spotless too.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in the area. It even trumps the old Gold’s Gym in Sheffield, that closed many years ago. The staff are friendly and care about members and equipment. A bolt broke on a machine and they had it repaired about five minutes later. Access is 24x7 but it’s not like most “open all of the time” gyms where they never staff it and let the place go downhill. The selection of machines, free weights and cardio equipment is all great and high-end. They have TVs in the cardio area and all TVs work! They also have an adjacent building where they host a variety of group classes. I’m becoming less fat, as I type this review on the treadmill. Oh, they have a free towel service too! I hope that they keep up the great work and I don’t have to shop for a new gym again. The monthly rate is reasonable and they don’t “lock you in.” I could cancel at the end of any month, if I wanted to become fatter again!
