Fantastic experience: Loved this place! Joe and Rob are super nice and professional! Intense workout. They are not pushy about selling membership like other gyms. Easy to park is a huge plus too! Highly recommended this place. Too bad i moved to Seattle. Rob kindly refunded me the remaining class fee. I appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: Great CrossFit gym with a good variety of programming. This is a very welcoming gym appropriate for all levels. My previous CrossFit gym was more competitive with younger more athletic types and a more intense atmosphere but this place is the right balance of being laid back while challenging and won't push my old-man body to get Injured :)

Fantastic experience: This place is a gem! I’ve quit my gym and started training here. It’s more $ but I’m done being cheap on my health. Invest in your self! Be selfish for once, and join in. It’s awesome! Staff and training is insanely addicting. Give it 2 weeks, let your body recover from the soreness and you are hooked.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a single class while in town (Jun 2019). Great gym! The coach John at the 7AM class was great - knowledgeable and encouraging. The WOD was fun with a strength part and a metcon part. The community was great as the regulars all reached out to my wife and me to make us feel welcome. Also they have a couple showers so that we could clean up and get to meetings nearby which was very helpful. Love this box and will be back when we're in town next time.

Fantastic experience: In the time I spent at CFF I felt at home every day. The instructors are welcoming and genuinely care about each and every rep you perform. The gym is more of a community than just a gym. The impact that they have on each and every member is seen week to week. Rob and V never stop fighting to improve on a top notch business.

Fantastic experience: Veronica and Rob have built one of the best CrossFit gyms I have ever been to and whenever I am in from out of town I make a point to visit this wonderful place. CrossFit Flushing feels like a home away from home where I am always welcome and always challenged by the fantastic programming. The gym itself is always clean and organized with the latest equipment but what makes CrossFit Flushing stand apart is the community that Veronica and Rob have built there. I would encourage anyone who is visiting the area to drop in and anyone who lives in the area to join up, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Don't know who the guy is who posted the 1 star rating but this is not a solicited review and guess what? I can spell, make grammatical sense and don't sound like I missed the "No child left behind" education program!!! I have been in gyms all my life and I have yet to meet a more caring and family oriented environment which is perpetuated by the owners. It's all trickle down. Price is AVERAGE for a crossfit gym and MUCH cheaper than a regular gym membership with the add-on of personal trainer costs. Commitment, caring, relationships that are nurtured, positivity and optimism are infused into this environment and you are made to feel as if you are part of a family. I could not recommend this gym more.

Fantastic experience: My mom lives in NYC so I come visit her often, as I got into crossfit recently I found this box close to her area and I realized they accepted drop ins. I told them I was interested in coming for 2 weeks and they couldnt have been more welcoming. Rob and Veronica are amazing along with the rest of the coaches and most importantly the atmosphere there is like a family. I cant wait to go back ! thanks for everything!
