Fantastic experience: I've been working with Kyle for about 4 months, and have been very pleased with the results. My primary goal was to regain lost strength due to some injuries related to years of horseback riding. I haven't felt this great in many years! Kyle motivates and encourages but is also attentive to making sure I don't overdo it. He's very knowledgeable about nutrition and training methods, and the gym is well equipped. He's also a great person, very personable and loves to laugh. I never thought working that hard would be so much fun - but Kyle makes it happen.

Fantastic experience: I am a relatively new comer to Ross Fitness. I have been working out with Coach Kyle for a little over a month and I am already seeing tremendous improvements in balance, strength, and stamina. Kyle and his clients have a way of making everyone feel welcome and Kyle closely monitors the fitness level of each member of his gym family so that workouts provide the maximum benefit without the risk of injury or burnout. Personally, I have lost 10 pounds in a month and several inches but most importantly to me, at 57 years old, I am able to keep up with people half my age!

Fantastic experience: I joined Ross Fitness 15 months ago; I lost 22 pounds and 17 inches in my first 4 months! I am gaining tone, and am so proud of the strength I have gained. I'm in my mid-40's, and because of Ross fitness, I'm in the best shape of my life. For the first time since my 20's, I am wearing sleeveless shirts again and am not hiding behind bulky clothes. I was suffering from knee pain for about 4 years prior to joining (walking down hills and stairs) and it is completely gone. This is the only gym I've ever been able to commit to and keep showing up! Kyle's classes seem like personal training, he emphasizes proper technique over pushing you to do heavy weights (and will encourage you to increase safely), and he modifies the workouts according to individual needs. He is engaging and supportive, the workouts are never the same, his classes have great people, AND the workouts are challengingly fun!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Kyle from Ross Fitness for about 20 months and it’s the best move workout - wise that I ever made. Our daily workouts consist of weight training, high intensity training, all preceded by a thorough warmup. The small group classes are great - plenty of equipment to go around and personalized attention from Kyle no matter how many people are there. I’m in a class ranging in age from mid 20s to 60 ( me). Our group includes anywhere from 4-10 people depending on the day and people’s schedules, but typically we have about 8 or 9 people show up. It’s a great workout! I’ve dropped 30 pounds net ( including the 10-15 pounds of muscle that I’ve added). You’ll be glad you called Coach Kyle! - Mike Noeth - Ayer MA

Fantastic experience: My bride and I started with Kyle just after the new year. It is a very supportive and positive atmosphere. Kyle is a great coach he knows how to keep you motivated. It has been 2.5 months and I truly feel if we joined a "regular" gym we would not have had the motivation to continue. And the results have been great!

Fantastic experience: Ross Fitness is an engaging, well coached environment for anyone willing to challenge themselves regardless of your fitness level or age. The group training's are a unique blend of strength and cardio in an encouraging setting focused on proper form and technique. Kyle Ross is an extremely knowledgeable fitness trainer, his combination of wit and humor make for a phenomenal experience for all. Fantastic experience: I've been going to see Kyle at Ross Fitness since 2016. I was a collegiate swimmer who was burnt out of working out entirely and put on weight. I had tried every fad diet on the market, and just felt frustrated and hungry. I finally decided to give Ross Fitness a try. Kyle made the gym fun again, and his personal commitment to my goals helped keep me accountable and motivated. He will support not only your gym goals, but nutrition, health, and overall balance. Eventually, I became part of the Small Group Training sessions, which provided social group motivation and is filled with incredibly supportive people with similar goals and aspirations. Through injury and surgery, I have continued to go to Ross Fitness and Kyle has been great at modifying workouts to meet my limitations. While I have lost weight and been able to maintain a healthier lifestyle with Kyle, ultimately my largest take away from Ross Fitness has been my increased confidence. I have gained muscle and lost inches off my overall body measurements, and because of that have gained a sense of confidence I haven't had since high school. If you are looking for a next step after PT, looking to get in shape and be held accountable, looking for a healthy lifestyle change, or just looking for motivation to go to the gym each day, Ross Fitness has it all.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Ross fitness for almost 3 years now. I never thought that I would have the drive to get in shape until I met Kyle. When he’s there coaching me I always push myself harder than I ever thought I could. Kyle is a great coach and a great friend. Ross Fitness is a great environment and always has great people there to workout along side you. Although I put the work in myself, the credit also goes to him for teaching me accountability. Fantastic experience: Excellent overall experience at Ross Fitness. I was looking for a trainer with experience rehabbing athletic injury, in my case ACL reconstruction. I messaged Kyle via his website and got an immediate response. He seemed excited to take on the challenge. Kyle, worked with and around my doctors rehab protocol to come up with fun, innovative and comprehensive workouts that got me back on track. It is obvious that he takes pride in his facility, always extremely clean and he's constantly thinking of ways to improve the space. I would recommend to anyone serious about getting into shape regardless of the motivation.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Kyle for the last year now and I am incredibly happy with the results. Kyle is unlike any other trainer or coach I have worked with in the past, he is truly personal and provides a custom experience for each of his clients. I have been a lifelong athlete and I am well acquainted with the level of intense training that comes with competing at a college level. After graduating, I was never able to find that challenge in my workouts, nor the aspect of a strong culture that I found by training with my teammates. I trained individually for a long time before Ross Fitness, but the workouts never really lived up to the challenges that I faced in my past. They were mostly one dimensional, focusing on what I could remember about strength training or going out for a long run. My training partners were short lived and many did not share my drive or passion for improving. All in all, I felt as though I would never reach those college days again. Working with Kyle has given me a renewed sense of personal growth and training. His program is full of unique challenges, allowing me to truly push myself. I set my own goals with Kyle and he works with me to create a strength and nutrition program that will allow me to reach them. Beyond my personal development, Ross Fitness has given me a community to train with again. Kyle takes great care in building his classes with positive attitudes and strong motivated individuals. Even on days when I feel tired or not in the mood for training, I have an incredible team around me, working to encourage and challenge me just as Kyle does each class. Overall, Ross Fitness is unlike anything else out there. Kyle is a true professional and I would not see myself training with anywhere but Ross Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Ross Fitness! Kyle is a knowledgable coach who is enthusiastic, supportive and helpful every step of the way. He has pushed me to achieve things that I never thought possible - he believes in each and every one of us and shows us a kindness and respect that you cannot find in a larger gym chain. He personalizes the workouts to meet each person's needs. The workouts are fun and each one is different. Since it is a small group lesson, it's hard not to become family. This is hands down the best decision that I have made and I would not hesitate to recommend Kyle Ross and Ross Fitness to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: For the past several years, my son has worked out with Kyle to prepare for the fall football season and the new school year. In addition to preparing him for football and the proper use of the equipment, he has also provided kind encouragement and support. Kyle encourages a strong body combined with a strong mind. Perfect for my teenager! I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: i have been going to Kyle for a little over a month now. I have 3 babies, my youngest 7 months. I didn't think I would ever be able to get back to where I wanted to be. I got discouraged at home and then I made the decision to go to ross fitness and I will never NOT go. In the 4 weeks I have been there I am down an overall of 3 inches. He has helped me with my nutrition and building my strength up. He tailors everything to your individual needs and makes everything fun. He pushes you but in a good way! best trainer around!

Fantastic experience: I started working out with Kyle at Out of the Box Training about a year ago. I had been looking for to replace my prior gym and wanted a place that combined a variety of strength training options, cardio and nutrition support. Ross Fitness has delivered! I have participated in group sessions- both strength training and the metabolic workouts. I feel stronger and have more stamina than I have in years. Kyle keeps the workouts challenging yet manageable so that you can feel successful but you know you had to work for it. He manages to mix it up and change the workouts daily so that we are never bored with doing the same thing and he always explains the rationale behind putting certain exercises together in a sequence. When modifications are needed due to either an injury or just fitness level, Kyle is able to provide this immediately so that workouts aren't interrupted. He is present throughout the entire workout monitoring technique and making adjustments as necessary. I highly recommend trying Out of the Box Training to anyone who has been on the fence or who is looking to increase their overall health. We have a great time in class, too - always a joke or three flying around.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. Kyle is very knowledgeable and has helped me better myself. He’s a great motivator and gets the best out of you. Regardless if it’s in small groups or one on one he pushes you and makes everyone feel welcomed. One of the best decisions I’ve made is choosing this gym.

Fantastic experience: I am honored to write a review for Ross Fitness. I have known and worked with Kyle for 8 years; he is always current on training, nutrition and technique. The clients at Ross Fitness vary from Division 1 Quarterbacks to middle aged ladies and young adults. He adapts workouts to fit group and individual needs. The equipment at Ross Fitness is new and clean and the workout routines are challenging as well as adaptive. Kyle knows his clients and continues to push us, week after week as we all grow stronger, so don’t the workouts! I love working out with Kyle and our group of very supportive and caring clients. The atmosphere at this gym is unparalleled and highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out for many years and Kyle’s programming is the perfect blend of Interval Training and Strength Training to see results. He really makes the one hour that you are there count. The workouts are fun and the people are very welcoming. Kyle’s vast level of fitness knowledge works for everyone’s shape, size and age. He cares deeply about his clients and goes above and beyond to see that they reach their fitness and nutrition goals.

Fantastic experience: Kyle creates and amazing environment for training. We train I'm small groups with exercises tailored to each of our goals. Each exercise has different levels depending on your skill level and if you have any outstanding medical issues. I have an issue with lack of mobility in my hip which Kyle has taken the time to personally address on several occasions and I cant thank him enough . The atmosphere Kyle creates motivates us to to push past out goals. I would not be in the shape I'm in today if I did not join Ross fitness, and that is a fact. It's always fun, the people are amazing and we are constantly pushing ourselves under the watchful eye of or coach. I have been with Ross fitness and we have become like a second family. I can not recommend Ross Fitness enough. Anyone looking to get into the best shape of your life and is willing to work for it, I cant imagine a better method! I highly recommend Ross fitness to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Results speak for themselves. I have been training with Kyle for a year and half now, and he has been a big part in molding the person I am today. I am in better shape now at 27 years old then I was when I was in high school and college, and I have more drive and passion for living life than I ever have before. Every day I want to get better, and Kyle helps drive you to perform at your very best - he always knows when/how to push you. There is always another level to the workouts so you will NEVER get bored and you will NEVER conquer a workout, because Kyle knows how to make the workouts more challenging and beneficial. Kyle is all around a very nice and genuine FRIEND. He is more than a trainer, he is a coach, a mentor, and someone I look up to. Kyle devotes all of his time and energy to make sure his clients get the most out of their workout. He spends the extra time to go over diet and your goals to make sure he knows how to coach you and train you. This has been the BEST investment I have made in my life, and it continues to pay off. I am eager to boast about my results, and I continue to share my story on social media. You can see how far I have came from multiple hurdles in life. Kyle was always there for me, and helped me back to recovery and get me back to mindset where I needed to be to reach my goals. Fantastic experience: I have know Kyle for six years. He is a consummate professional, possessing the knowledge and innovative training methods needed for total body fitness. I have suffered from back issues and Kyle has worked with me to alleviate most of the dibiltating pain and severe muscle weakness. He has a tremendous understanding of nutrition as helped me manage my weight. kyle is an excellent coach, trainer and friend.

Fantastic experience: Ross FITNESS is changing my life.After many failed attempts at other FITNESS programs due to a hip tendonitis, Kyle Ross has mapped a FITNESS and nutritional program for me that had increased my strength, stamina and well being.I no longer "limp and gimp" around.I walk strong, straight and sure.I highly recommend Ross FITNESS to anyone who is looking for a better quality of life.

Fantastic experience: Kyle is a diamond in a sea of cubic zirconia, when it comes to searching for a personal trainer! If you want some shiny fake nonsense, sure, call the other guys. But if you want REAL QUALITY, call Boss Ross. Back in 2012, I realized that after leaving a physically demanding and active job in exchange for a desk job, I had put on almost 100 lbs in 4 years. I saw a picture of myself at a St. Paddy’s Day show and I was disgusted. I started counting my calories, and walking and I dropped some weight on my own. However, I knew if I was going to keep this up, I needed to REALLY change my lifestyle. That’s when I started searching for a personal trainer. Most of the sites I found myself on were plastered with pictures of the trainer showing off how fit they are, how great they look, and not about how great their CLIENTS look. Then I found Kyle’s website and it was a breath of fresh air. There were people JUST LIKE ME with testimonials and photos of them crushing their goals. From that very first meeting with Kyle, I knew I made the right choice. He doesn’t try to fit every person into the same program. He really gets to know you, what you’re comfortable with and what you’re not (and trust me, he will get you out of that comfort zone!), and he tailors a program specific to you, your abilities and your goals. Kyle has a genuine interest in his clients. They aren’t just a means to a paycheck. He legitimately cares. Kyle introduced me to kettlebells, sandbeggs, medballs, the TRX, weight lifting, and so much more. Every time I hit a workout today, it is because Kyle gave me that confidence and that foundation. Kyle also taught me about nutrition. Whenever I plateaued, he tweaked my nutrition plan and VOILA, the inches started falling off again. The man is magic. If you are looking to improve not just your health and your fitness, not just your appearance, but your life as a whole, you need to call Kyle. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Kyle's that rare personal trainer who's committed, reliable, and motivational; personalizes workouts to match your needs or limitations (sometimes on-the-fly), and still challenges you to achieve goals you didn't know you had! He stays up-to-date with and shares the latest fitness and nutrition information, sorting out and explaining what often seems contradictory. This is 1st hand knowledge- in 10 years of individual and group sessions with Kyle I've lost (& maintained) 25 lbs, 3 pants sizes, recovered from skiing-related ACL replacement, and still look forward to each workout!

Fantastic experience: Thank you Kyle Ross for helping me reach and then maintain my fitness goals. I have been working out with Kyle for 6 years, during this time he has continued to reinvest in his business by purchasing new equipment, which keeps the workouts interesting. One session is never exactly the same as the last. Group workouts are a lot of fun. The undertones of friendly competition and lively conversation make the hour fly by. Kyle recently moved his gym to Central Ave in Ayer. The gym is big and bright, just perfect for a stress free workout. If you have been thinking of hiring a personal trainer, I highly recommend checking out Ross Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I love Ross fitness. Whether one on one or a small group I always get a great work out. Kyle knows his stuff! From nutrition tips to proper form he changes up the work outs and you always feel challenged. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. His new space is great. I would recommend Ross fitness to anyone that wants to step up their fitness game.
