Fantastic experience: the staff isn't very hospitable, but that hot tub....mmmmmm

Fantastic experience: The rec center has all the amenities and is not crowded most of the times I have come.

Fantastic experience: Went to my Great Grand Daughter swim lessons, the instructor was terrific with the kids.

Fantastic experience: A great little spot for getting some exercise. Going midday during the week, and it isn't too crowded. Equipment is fairly new at the time of this post. The staff is friendly and helpful. Offer a good variety of classes as well. You should Definitely need to try BOGA; yoga on a large paddle board. It is super fun. Always stoked they have Les Mills classes as well

Fantastic experience: Love all of the sports that they have to offer to the kids. The pool is always nice. Swim lessons are ok, kinda laxed on instruction but at least their active right. Fitness classes they offer to the adults are great too. Just wish I was able to make it to them. My son loves the gymnastics center and it is a great price Employees always have a positive attitude

Fantastic experience: We use this for swimming lessons for our young boys. The experience has been positive on all aspects, however, swimming lessons can fill up fast.

Fantastic experience: Just moved to the area and I was pleasantly surprised by the Carbon Valley Rec Center. The pool is great for both younger and older kids. I have only glanced into the weight room, which looks nice.

Fantastic experience: I love how much the city of Frederick comes up with for the community. They have a very diverse variety of events planned through out the year. For everyone young and old is a great community to live in.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. Resonanable rates for single and family. I've been to many gyms and this one by far is the best! Weight rooms a little small, but everyone there is considerate and you can work in sets if your in a hurry. The pool is big. Plenty of stuff for the kids, and the hot tub is the best around! Love this place...

Fantastic experience: It's a great place to have a membership! There are so many drop-in programs that are included, such as spin classes, yoga, weight lifting, pilates, all kinds of stuff! My wife and I go four to five times a week.

Fantastic experience: This is a nice Rec Center. Indoor track, basketball, indoor water play area, an updated weight room, and more. For a small area, they did a great job. The weight room can get crowded during peak hours.

Fantastic experience: This is a very nice rec center with a selection of classes to take, a weight room etc. Also, with options for payment (from yearly, quarterly, etc....) this center helps me to be flexible with my spending. ... I love the water classes.
