Fantastic experience: I was once a co-member of this gym and loved it. Unfortunately, I have tried to reach them via telephone numerous times and cannot for the life of me seem to get anyone to call me back about a new membership. Really wish someone would call me back.

Fantastic experience: Got this gym recommended by a friend of mine. Awesome gym, owner and staff are very friendly. Theres a little bit for everyone at this gym. Plenty of treadmills, bikes and ellipticals, boxing bag, tanning, lots of machines, cable machine, dumbell rack that goes to 130 lbs. Lots of floor space. Has a general old school feeling to it that I love. Highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this gym for several years now. I think this is the best gym you could choose, of the many in the area. The staff are helpful and want to help you with your fitness goals. It’s clean and the patrons are even friendly and most are their to workout, not socialize. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS GYM! If their were a 10 star rating I would give it the highest!!! Plus it’s finacially reasonable. You can’t beat their prices and service.

Fantastic experience: Staff is wonderful. They make you want to better yourself. Classes are offered at numerous times and days to fit any schedule. The gym is clean, I am a bit of a germ freak but use the equipment with confidence.

Fantastic experience: My Fiancé has been going to this gym for about 2 years. He goes to the gym for about 2-3 hours a day he's all about building up that muscle, He loves it! I've just started this year and the staff are so friendly and are always there to help. Jackie is always helping me out with my routine and form! She's awesome!!

The classes are awesome for all people regardless of fitness level. The environment is safe and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I've been going for a year now and I've never felt out of place. I go at night and it's never too crowded. Sometimes we are lucky enough to have the entire gym to ourselves. It's definitely got an old school feel that I absolutely love it. If you're looking for a welcoming place without drama or scrutiny this is the place for you.
