You get a great workout, worship, prayer and fellowship altogether with a group of sincere, kind, supportive and encouraging ladies. Phenomenal experience! A must try for everyone!

I was so glad I did because not only are the classes great, but the staff is outstanding. They’re very encouraging and enjoy getting to know you. Fantastic experience: This is a clean, upbeat, easily accessible gym. In the classes you are encouraged to push for more, but not put down for going at your own ability. The price is great. The teachers are knowledgeable. I will go back!!

The instructor was fantastic and they mix in a lot of fun challenges with a good push as well. I would definitely recommend visiting and divining up for the classes.

Fantastic experience: I travel full time and have taken classes all over the country. This was the best spin weights class I've ever done. Tech is great and there is a real sense of community. Dustin led the class and you know its real when the instructor is sweating as much as you are! Also love that there is no recurring membership. Just buy the classes at a very reasonable 10 per class. Will be frequenting this studio while we are in PSL!

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing 1st time experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. This is a place I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. I do plan to come back again and again. Only thing I do wish is that they had a 7:30pm class or even a 6am class. All in all, I still give this place and the entire staff 5 Stars.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking classes at this gym while visiting my parents in Florida, and I seriously wish that I could transport this place back to Cleveland with me! I would go every day. The owners couldn’t be NICER or more welcoming. The classes I’ve taken have been well structured and challenging. And, the community is super friendly and welcoming. You feel right at home. Every single person working there remembered my name from the first day. I also love the technology they use. Heart rate monitors for everyone, great sound system, very cool avatars and simulation during spin classes. Facilities and equipment are spotless and top quality. Honestly, I can’t say enough positive things and I’ll be sad to go home back to my own gym next week!! Thanks to Kim, Scott, Ashley, and Dustyn for a great week of workouts!

Fantastic experience: Took my first class with Ashley. She couldn’t have been more welcoming. Great workout, great environment, great prices and great people. I brought my mom with me who hasn’t worked out in years, she was able to modify every workout and truly enjoyed herself. I highly recommend checking out FLXFIT! cant wait to go back

Fantastic experience: First class was free. Owners are knowledgeable and eager to help. Services are rendered at a lower cost and cover fitness and nutrition. Coffee and smoothie bar on site along with showers and filtered water.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. The owners/trainers and the people are all great. I’m seeing results after only 3 weeks. I have lost almost 11 pounds in that time and am loving it. They are truly wonderful and inspirational, full of knowledge and love for helping people achieve their goals. They offer the first class free to try out the program.
