Fantastic experience: Love this gym, it s clean and the staff is very friendly. I agree with others. I was tempted to go elsewhere but I heard the rumors of a remodel so I stuck it out and boy am I glad I did. The new remodel gives plenty of space the weight machines. It has everything you need at a decent price. But the set up looks awesome there too.The juice bar is great. The classes are excellent. FREE CHILD CARE IS AWESOME!!! I love the sauna, showers and lockers. The stand up tanning are cool. I heard there have silver sneakers, free gym membership for my parents. The best thing I love is that it's 24 hours 7 days...I enjoy going and loving it....:)

Fantastic experience: I had James as a Personal Trainer while staying in Florida to take care of my mom. It was a great experience and I was seeing results in a short period of time. I really enjoyed the staff there. Everyone was friendly including the clientele. Wish I could’ve continued but I had to return to Ohio eventually.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I have been coming here many years and getting personal training from James Dadi . I really love working out with him twice a week, he has so many way’s to keep the workouts new and exciting and that helps me stay motivated! Best cleanest friendliest gym.

Fantastic experience: Elite fitness gym is a great place! You feel like family and there is no judgement! Great classes, trainers,and all kinds of fitness equipment. I started training with James and it's been an awesome experience. James is great at explaining what muscle group you are working and why it's important. James is supportive and can make me laugh thru it all! He is definitely a great coach and motivator!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Elite for over and by far the best gym in Palm Bay. The main reason, my trainer, Rich. His knowledge, patience and quirky personality makes working out a fun and enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym! The trainers are exceptional and they take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I would highly recommend Rich for personal training. The group fitness classes are amazing (especially Alicia’s classes). The atmosphere is inclusive. It feels very family like. An added bonus is the cleanliness of the place.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the most comfortable gym I have ever been too. Always clean. Staff is always friendly. Don’t ever feel judged or awkward. Did a few sessions of personal training and was impressed with how knowledgeable their trainers are, finally seeing results. Not to mention I can go whenever I want!!! 24 hour access is the best.

Fantastic experience: Élite Fitness is like my 2nd Family I’ve been with them for a longggggg time like more then 9 yrs now with my 1# Trainer Rick and I wouldn’t change him for anything he has been my motivation for yrsssssss he started training me in 2014 and he got me back we’re I needed to be with my Health and I lost my weight and stoped coming 8 yrs later I’m back again with my #1 Trainer Rich and again my health so he toke me on stArted training and on May 24 th of this year I got Bariatric surgery a week later started my training again and Rich has always been my motivation for keeping up with my diet and my training and as of Today 9/27/22 my weight is 177lbs from 267lbs back on May 24 , 2022 So I’m happy and so is my Dr’s .so that’s why Elite fitness is my #1 fitness center where you come and staff makes you feel like Family ❤️

Fantastic experience: I've been training here with Rich for about 2 months and, as a busy mom, I highly recommend this place! They are open 24 hours and Rich is more than flexible in working with my schedule. This is the cleanest gym I have ever been to, someone is always cleaning and the staff is super friendly. Most importantly, I'm overweight and I have never once felt judged...only encouraged. Rich is helping me get great results without putting a major focus on the scale or starving myself. I definitely recommend!

The facility is very clean and the equipment is well maintained. One of the best things is the 24 hour access. I can workout whenever I want and I don’t have to worry about fitting my workout during regular business hours. I highly recommend Elite Fitness of Palm Bay!!

Fantastic experience: Everything about this gym is the best. I joined 2 years ago and I know it was the best decision I made. I use the personal trainer program. The personal trainer I has shown me how to work out properly. In the two years I have seen a major improvement on myself. The gym is super clean and everyone who works there is amazing and friendly. Makes everyone feel right at home. No judgement zone for sure!

Fantastic experience: Love it here. I've been to all the gyms and this one is in my top 3...Staff is wonderful. Contrary to another review saying the equipment is old/outdated/ and only for beginning lifters...simply not true, I've been lifting for 10 years and you'll have everything you need (if you don't know what you're doing, just say that) if you go to any gym during peak hours it's harder to get a workout in but if its important to you you'll figure out a way to get there when it's quiet, can't fault the gym for that. It's 24 hours so they literally give you ALL day and night to get one in. They offer an inside with free weights and cardio equipment as well as machines. A garage with squatrack and other equipment plus an outside with a rig. Classes and training and more.

The atmosphere is upbeat, the facility has a wide variety of superb state of the art equipment, is always impeccably clean and offers a wide variety of classes that are suitable for all ages, including child care. Rich McNab is an outstanding personsl trainer, with experience, expertise and joy few can match! Elite Fitness is a tremendous assest to the well being of this community. Much gratitude.

Fantastic experience: Been a member to Elite fitness for roughly 5 months now, and what can I say I just love it! Having switched from a more commercial gym this place better aligns with the goals I want to achieve, and all the equipment is there for me to meet those goals. I take advantage of the 24 hour access and no matter what time you go it always has that friendly family vibe to it. The owner rich does an amazing job on the upkeep of equipment and cleanliness. Add the free child care in the morning and this place is irresistible for your fitness needs. It provides no excuses for you not to want to get that work out in. Big thumbs up for Elite I will continue to be a member as long as I live in the area.

Fantastic experience: I love working out at Elite. Usually their 5 days a week working out. Great environment with a family like environment where you can workout and not be judged. Where members help each other out and don't judge one another. Lots of encouragement towards each other and a great Stuff. Everyone is greeted with a friendly smile and a greeting of the day. Doesn't have all the new High tech equipment, but it has was you need to get the job done.

Fantastic experience: I have been to other gyms in the area, and Elite hands down is my favorite. Let me start off by saying the staff is amazing. It’s a family owned gym and they are so sweet each and every time I come in. They always greet you with a smile and ask how you’re doing. They answer all your questions and never rush you. Not only is the staff super friendly, so are all of the people that go here. I was slightly freaking out inside when I was doing an inclined leg press because I didn’t know how to get the handle back so the press would stay up (so I could get up) and one of the members probably saw fear in my eyes and came over and taught me how to do it, at 5 am. If you could rate cleanliness on a scale of 1-10 this place is a 20. Rich, the owner is literally always cleaning something, whether it’s mopping the floor or changing towels out on the equipment. They offer free childcare between the hours of 9-12 on Monday-Saturday which is great when you have kids (no excuses why you can’t go)… and they’re open 24 hours so I can hit the weights before the sun comes up and before a 12 hour shift at work. The showers are awesome! They’re super clean, hot steamy water, and great pressure! The equipment is well maintained. They have everything you need to target any muscle group you desire. They don’t have a large area like crunch where you can do deadlifts but they do have a “garage” and outdoor area where you can do HIIT types of workouts. They also have classes everyday that are also included with your membership!

Fantastic experience: I've belonged to probably 10 gyms since 1993, Elite is by far the best gym I've even belonged to. Rich, Alicia and the rest of the staff are fabulous.

I had the pleasure to work out with Rich and he was patient, enthusiastic, and kept me motivated even when I wanted to give up. If you are looking for a clean, professional gym, that welcomes all this is the place to go. They provide free childcare and have numerous classes to choose from.

Fantastic experience: I'm an early morning workout guy. I've been a member for 6 1/2 years (since I moved to Palm Bay) and I love working out there. I enjoy my fellow gym members and look forward to going there and seeing them. Don't get me wrong, my purpose is to get in a great workout. However the general mood of this gym is impotent too. The manager, Rich, sets the tone really well. He always listens if we have any suggestions. He always gets the job done! A shout out to his sidekick Juan for all of his assistance- he's a great guy too. I don't need the overkill of an L A Fitness. Elite is well equipped, clean and a great environment. As you can tell, I'm a real satisfied customer!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. All the equipment and activities you might need...free weights, machines, and cardio, as well as classes and personal training. Locker room with toilets and showers as well as a sauna in each. Friendly staff, and plenty of parking. May be busy from time to time, but never overcrowded.
