Fantastic experience: Wow, what a great facility! Wonderful pool for kids, with slides and water features; wonderful hot tubs for adults, steam room, dry sauna, full size lap pool, meeting rooms, workout facilities with weights, full basketball court, and more, including child care and a small café! Best community center I've ever been in.

Fantastic experience: This is a state of the art workout center. They had machines that I had never even seen anywhere else. One that caught my attention was something called Jacob's Ladder. It's really unique ladder climbing device, but I was told that unless you are in peak condition, it's too much. I left that one alone, since I am not in that category! There are a number of pools -- one for swimming laps, a leisure pool, a stream loop, and more that I must explore. It has a rock climbing pinnacle, all kinds of ball sport courts, a walking course, and classes. I'd like to try yoga, but the only thing offered is chair yoga, which I think might be too light for my tastes. Perhaps down the road there will be a more traditional yoga class offering that I can try, though. Overall, I feel grateful to live in a suburban city where there is such a magnificent community facility!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Federal Way community center now for almost 5 years, I love, l0ove, love this gym. Everybody that works their are very pleasant and nice. The water Arobic classes Are really good that was one of the biggest things why I decided to go to this gym. All the lifeguards are super Friendly and nice. The manager of the pool, She also teaches some of the classes for the water Arabics. She is super nice she listens to you And if you have any questions She will answer them, again I love going to the pool. I hate missing any of the classes. They have a lot of classes for the silver sneakers . I love doing chair yoga. The instructor Julie is an amazing person person she also teaches water arabics. I love her water Arabic classes they are so energetic And you get a great workout. The silver sneakers chair fit classes with Heather as the instructor, It's so much fun. I almost wish it was a 2 hour class, it's like I can't get enough of it, the hour goes too quick All the members on the staff the are very helpful and they're all fun to be around. Right now they have one pool that is closed because they are putting in a new play area and slide, And once they get that up and going the schedule will be back to normal. I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Love being a member here. You don’t have to be a member to enjoy this Awesome facility and staff are very helpful. You can also rent spaces here for parties/gatherings. Been to a few weddings here too and it is always amazing.

Fantastic experience: My 2kids and i we are members here, and we like it. The pool is clean the worker are very friendly and loving. There so many activities you can do in the community. Try it thank me later

Fantastic experience: Came from out of town to do a Zumba class with my mom. Loved the atmosphere, range of abilities catered to in the class and loved the instructor Kim. People were very good warm and welcoming to us as newcomers. There are lots of other classes too I wished I could participate in.

Fantastic experience: The facility was clean. The lifeguard was very friendly and helpful. The pool wasn't too crowded which is always a plus. The only thing I didn't like about it is open swim is for 55 minutes which is fine but the one lifeguard there actually put his whistle in his mouth was watching his watch and started telling buddy to get out right at 55 after they could have gave us a second to figure out the time for ourselves it was it was kind of ridiculous that he was watching his watch like that but other than that it was a great experience

Every time I go in at least one member of the team will welcome me. Whenever I've needed anything from member services the team is eager to help and pleasant to work with. Group instructors will often introduce themselves to people that seem new to their class and offer several modifications. Their Zumba Instructor, Kim, is AMAZING!! She is so fun and high energy that I end up smiling majority of the time and forget I'm in a workout class. lol The pool thing can def be tough since they have capacity requirements. The first few times we showed, we didn't get to actually swim because the list was so long. Now we always get there about 25min before open swim and so far haven't been added to a waitlist again.

Fantastic experience: Great place for family activities. The lap pool worked out great. The family pool with the lazy river was great fun for the kids. They have climbing, basketball, volleyball and an indoor track.

Fantastic experience: Never had any problems here honestly, i go on my days off early in the mornings start off with 3 to 4 mile jog, usually not to busy sometimes older people in the way on the track because they dont read the sighns on the walls but whatever just dodge them. Then i lift weights, shower and then go for a quick swim then shower again you end up smelling like chlorine no matter what because they got to use alot because people dont shower or they use the restroom in the pools but thats whatd you expect i guess nothing anyone can do but teach their kids to get out of the pool. Super clean environment, its weird seeing naked old men in the locker room something ill never get use to. I wish there was younger people to run with :( have a good day.

Fantastic experience: Me and my family of 6 kids enjoy coming here .the only person tho who ever smiles and greets me when we come is the organic trainer guy which makes you feel welcome . the prices have gone up which sucks especially for a large family .

Fantastic experience: Great prices. Reasonable memberships. 2 pools (one with a slide, lazy river, and kid play toy). Gym with 3 basketball courts. Free basketball and billiards equipment rentals (just trade a photo ID). Diverse group fitness classes that come with a membership or day pass. Rock climbing pinnacle. Non-Federal Way residents are welcome.

Fantastic experience: It has everything. An indoor lap pool, indoor leisure pool and lazy river with a decent sized water slide, spinning room, gym with a large variety of equipment including free weights, a large gymnasium with an upper level indoor track for running. The locker rooms are spacious and well equipped. And there's a climbing tower too. They have personal trainers, and free workout classes. Well worth its price.

Fantastic experience: Big beautiful spacious center. Many offerings for different exercise routines for all ages. Beautiful swimming pool. Indoor walking track. Lots of parking. Many interesting senior day trips. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic experience: Went here for the WRPA Risk Management Conference. Friendly staff, clean modern facility, and great space for a conference and would be for a party, meeting, or reception.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Susan Freeburg to plan a Celebration of Life event for my uncle who passed away at 48 yrs old. This was not an easy or fun thing to do. Susan was easy to contact during planning, very knowledgeable during the whole process in helping me decide on room layout, appropriate # of tables, chairs, etc. She always answered my questions via phone or email promptly and I felt confident the event would turn out great working with her. The day of our event the room was setup exactly like Susan and I had discussed and our celebration turned out wonderful. I would rent a banquet room from the FW Community Center in a heartbeat if the need ever arose again. Thank you Susan, and staff, for helping to make our celebration memorable (and for dealing with some of our emotional and intoxicated guests cordially).

Fantastic experience: Excellent Experience - Highly Recommend! Very professional staff, great selection of light, bright banquet rooms with large windows and very reasonably priced. We were impressed with both the building design, it is relatively new, and the cleanliness, including the bathrooms. The event staff met with us on a couple occasions to finalize details for the banquet room layout and were very prompt in all other communication during the planning process. On the day of the event everything happened as promised - many friends and family commented on how beautiful the venue was and how the event turned out. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Kingdom Christian Center holds Christian church service at the FedWy Community Center on Sundays from 11am to 1pm, advancing the King's kingdom as kids and kings of the KING of kings. A retired employee of the school district teaches KCC Children's Church with weekly lesson, prayer, snack and both indoor & outdoor play areas.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! The staff are wonderful and the amount of programs included in the membership is unbeatable. They have a great cardio and weight room as well as multiple rooms for group classes. The gym is massive offering the basketball courts and a track for running above the courts. The pool is great for laps and the kids pool is practically a water park.

Fantastic experience: Great place to do whatever, but unless you have a membership, you have to sign in every time. But it is a very clean place, nothing to complain about.

Fantastic experience: Love the pool! Great for family fun and they even have a toddler time for very young kids that might be uncomfortable with how loud it can get. Membership rates are great but they also have a reasonable drop in rate. Great place for the entire family from babies to seniors.

Fantastic experience: The pool is clean and depending on when you, there are usually 3 lanes open for lap swim. The gym has fairly modern equipment and isn't too crowded. There are also a few basketball courts but the basketballs that you can check out are pretty old.

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife take our 3 year old here to go swimming. The pool is freaking amazing! It has a very interactive kids area, a big slide that is super fun for the bigger kids or the kid at heart and a lazy river! There is also a little cafe inside the center, pool tables, a sitting area with a nice fireplace!

So full of positive energy, well maintained facilities, well trained instructors, offering a vast variety of classes from the early morning to late evening. Need accountability to get your workout in? This is the place to come! The instructors and peers remember your name and question where you have been if you miss a class. All in a genuinely caring way. Love the super hot sauna and steam rooms. Great place for kids of all ages. Love seeing the interaction among babies, kids, parents and our elders. Just a great place!

Fantastic experience: I love this place I've been coming here since I was a teen to workout and swim, the staff is lovely, the pool can be vile sometimes, the workout room has a large selection for bodily needs and overall this place is spectacular.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Can't beat the price for all the amenities. Be sure to pick up a calendar or schedule of classes, as they do change almost daily. Parent and tot time in the leisure pool area is meant more for littles under a year old who don't enjoy getting splashed in the face with water.

The equipment is usually in working order and there is a variety to chose from. The track is small, but on a nice day, you can walk or run in the park beside the center. Fantastic experience: Recently had my child's birthday here. It was awesome. Love the salt water pool. Large slide, lazy river and kiddi pool with water spout and slide. Nice size party room. We looked into getting a membership while we were there and it was a great low rate for the whole family. Plus if you just want to come and take your kids swimming you can't beat 4$.
