Fantastic experience: Joining this community of people to get back into my fitness/ weight loss journey is one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Every coach is super friendly and very attentive to my personal needs. Having others on the same path working out with me helps keep me motivated when I feel down, and also held accountable for when I’m slacking. Let’s not forget about price vs what you are getting. It’s a steal! I could have sworn this gym would have burned a hole in my pocket compared to traditional gyms put it is in fact the other way around. I enjoy the personal experience I am getting with the 1 on 1 coaching here and love how I feel when leaving a session. With all that being said, I suggest this gym over a traditional gym any day!

Fantastic experience: They welcome, love, support, and listen to you. They celebrate with you, make a plan that helps you reach your goals. Even after I quit, they were there to welcome me back when I was ready, no questions asked, no judgement. I had gastric bypass done 12 years ago and gained 60 pounds back. I lost 30 lbs of it, but my body is still mostly fat and I’m out of shape. I’ve seen a difference in my body in just two weeks here at Westwood FBBC. The scale hasn’t moved, but I’ve lost inches and fat, and gained muscle mass. I can tell I’m getting stronger bit by bit. I entered the door weak, with back pain and knee pain, but they made modifications so I can still do the exercises. This is coming from a professional introverted couch potato. This is the first time in my life I enjoy exercising. I just want to repeat, I have seen my transformation beginning after just two weeks. JUST TWO WEEKS!

Westwood Fit Body Boot Camp has a schedule that works for me and not only helped me achieve my goals, but I also gained so much more than I imagined. I’ve committed to this place and my health for more than 2 years with no end in sight. The staff is second to none; the equipment and exercises keep things fresh, challenging and fun; the facility is nice and clean; and the relationships formed are long lasting. I love how folks from all walks of life, and all at different places in their fitness journey can come together for a high quality workout. I can’t say enough positive things about this place!
