Fantastic experience: I love this place it's like going on a vacation. I get to swim and do all kinds of exercises in the pool. I get to use the equipment that's an excellent perfect shape. I never have to wait to get on an equipment. I like the sauna and the jacuzzi and the people there are very pleasant I'm talking about the customers and the people that work there

Fantastic experience: Best place to go to the gym and spa as a mom with 4 kids! My get away place with 2 hrs of childcare. Friendly staff and clean. I liked it so much I started to teach yoga here.

Fantastic experience: Massage by Stephanie keeps me coming back for more. Facial by Natahlia was my first with her but she will see me again. I looked in the mirror and didn't recognize myself but relax. It was for the better. I wish I could afford to go to her once a week.

Fantastic experience: I'm a member here. Been one since Feb 2022 and the establishment is awesome. They have co-ed workout space, crossfit space, swimming pool, multiple group classes s day (all different) ranging from aquatic aerobic to zumba. They have a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. They even have what they call a carrot bar where you get food and drinks from. Also if you're not a member, if you know someone that is, they give 1 day passes to them to give to non members to check it out. They also have a daycare in there if you don't have childcare. 2hr max. They have a massage parlor in there as well as a hair salon, and nail salon. Prices is a bit expensive for my liking but that's my opinion and even though it's in the fitness center, YOU DO NOT have to be a member to get serviced. Hope this helped

Fantastic experience: This facility is more than just your typical gym. The variety is above and beyond what any gym I have ever been to/seen possesses. There's an absolutely beautiful day spa/salon which also includes an amazing seating area where you can sit and relax while you enjoy a bite to eat. Free childcare for those who have little ones. Large pool, wide choice of classes, yoga (hot) spin, and the list goes on. There's also an indoor jacuzzi, steam room and spa. The changing area includes private rooms to accommodate those who wish to maintain their privacy. It's very lovely area where the showers, restrooms and lockers are also located. The machines are of high grade and high tech. There's really nothing bad that I can say about this place it's amazing and if you're looking for an experience and not just a gym you've definitely found it at the center. Fantastic rates, plans, memberships to boot...

Fantastic experience: Great people work here! Bill and Justin are easy to talk with...signed up with them. Connor is a wonderful personal trainer! Exercise equipment are high quality; and more new equipment just arrived. So excited about CrossFit! Love the yoga classes, sauna, hot tub, aquatic classes... everything! Plus, the food at Carrots is healthy and delicious...I always end my workout here. Also a great place to get a massage, facial, haircut, and just be pampered! They really need to open a resort!

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying The Spa is a beautiful place within itself. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful, no matter the question! They have an answer to every need, whether that’s to enjoy a relaxing day with a massage and facial or getting the best workout on the gym floor and workout classes. Don’t be afraid to ask for advice on the gym floor because they always have trainers around to help you. I always finish off my visit at Carrots Cafe with a yummy protein shake or healthy sandwich! I definitely recommend this establishment if you are looking for a high quality experience!!

The facility is beautiful with updated equipment and very clean. This facility offers a comfortable place for myself and daughter to come daily.

Fantastic experience: Been a Member for Years before they did the extreme makeover in the gym. This is one of the nicest places for Gym Equipment. It's all brand new equipment, nothing is broken and everything is available for use. The other gym goers are Sincere and kind. No one hogs machines or equipment. I enjoy going before 4pm or after 7pm when there is really no one there. The trainers and staff never bother me so I appreciate that as an extreme introvert who doesn't talk. I just wish it was open later at night as I get off work late after 9pm and that's when they close they have a Pool and the sauna with a hot tub with other amenities if you're into that I've only had positive interactions at this establishment. I appreciate this place unlike my other 24/7 gym membership. Which I won't name... but it's all Purple, so..

Fantastic experience: So glad I joined this gym.. Jackie in carrots cafe blends my smoothies so well and makes a perfect mimosa! The pool and jacuzzi are always the right temperature.. the showers are nicer than the ones in my house! The eucalyptus in the steam room helps me relax while my kids are in the 2 hr childcare. Did I mention the spa let's you get your hair nails and makeup done as well as massages.. I also was a member of the 20/30 and LTYB weight loss they have available. The body scanner was a bit too much for me lol. Ben the receptionist is so sweet funny and helpful. Mack and Sandy are my favorite trainers. They offer a lot of classes as well!

Fantastic experience: Love all the companies that work throughout the whole building! Gym is awesome, trainers are even better. The saunas and aerobic classes are great, there’s a nursery for our kids and carrots juice bar has everything I ever need! Let’s not forget the amazing Day Spa! 10/10 all the time!!!

Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome. Air conditioning which is so important during summer season. Very clean and well maintained, plenty of equipment which is all new. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Not too busy at peak hours. Daycare is extremely convenient. I have tried the majority of the gyms in Fayetteville and this one by far is the best. And one more thing it's not just the gym is also a spa wellness center which is a BIG PLUS . Perfect for everybody from civilian to military . Gonna recommend it to my friends

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at this facility since 2019 and everything about it is outstanding! The service is superior and they have great equipment on the workout floor, not to mention they’re expanding as well! The sauna and steam room are a great place to relax after working out and I also enjoy going in the pool. They have a great variety of classes as well, from yoga to spin. All in all, it is an amazing facility and I am so glad I became a member.

Fantastic experience: This gym is one of the cleanest I have ever experienced. The equipment is always clean, the staff is very helpful. I was lifting weights the other day and one of the personal trainers suggested some helpful tips to improve my workout. They also have a body scanner that can track your progress!

Fantastic experience: I want to say this gym is phenomenal. My truck was broken into in the parking lot and even though this may sound disheartening, they completely brought my spirits up about the establishment by showing they actually cared about my business as a customer and definitely did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable about continuing my membership with them. They talked to the Special Police about patroling the parking lot with a undercover car and monitoring the parking lot activity. This made me feel safe enough to continue to return not to mention I had lost 1200 bucks in cash and a very sentimental item in the midst of getting my truck getting robbed. They were caring to my particular situation and Bill and Leslie were very sympathetic and INSTANTLY did something to make me feel comfortable to continue using the facility and ensuring they would do everything in their power to keep my stuff safe. You cant expect a business to prevent stuff like my incident from happening completely but you can take certain measures to try your best to prevent it and Bill and Leslie did exactly that. This place is great and if you treat everyone with respect you will receive the same in return. I have been a member for almost 2 months now and I have lost 33 pounds and I feel fantastic. Just as I read in another review, it does feel as if you are at a resort instead of just a gym and the faculty and management are FANTASTIC at ensuring you dont just feel like another customer if a problem arises. I will always HIGHLY recommended this facility as long as its under the management it is under. This place deserves a trophy and Mr. Bill and Mrs. Leslie deserves a employee of the year award. Get a membership if you are serious about getting in shape and losing weight. And the juice/smoothie bar is PHENOMENAL!!!! Hats off to Spa Fitness!

Fantastic experience: This is the first time that I’ve had to join a gym because I’m a personal trainer myself. I’ve always just worked out at whatever gym I was working at at the time. As soon as Summer gave me the grand tour, I was hooked. Not only was the staff so nice and friendly, but the countless amenities was a no brainer! No other gym around offers this many quality amenities. It’s definitely worth the price, and the staff does their best to accommodate your desired payment arrangements. Like I said, I’m a personal trainer, but one meeting with Justin, who oversees the trainers, and I agreed that a personal trainer would be best for me and my health concerns. This gym really does have knowledgeable and qualified personal trainers. Justin paired me up with Connor, and we couldn’t be a better match. She definitely knows what’s she’s doing and pushes me to be my best self.

It is the only pace that has sauna, steam room, and heated pool! It is military friendly and they offer huge discounts! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I just want to give a shot out to this gym and employees!!! I have been a member of this gym for over 30 years. It was the best gym then and is still the best gym in Fayetteville. They put their members first and always make you feel welcome from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. They always make sure they greet you and say goodbye. In todays time that kind of customer service is hard to find. The gym itself is what a consider a boutique type of gym. Everyone is so friendly and I don't feel intimidated like I have in the large chain gyms. The manager , Bill , is a top notch guy!!!! He always puts the well being of the members and his employees first. There is no where else in Fayetteville where you can go workout in a clean welcoming environment, have sauna and steam rooms, swimming pool, group workout classes, day spa and free childcare. You guys are the best!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Wow Hands down one of the establishments most deserving of a 5 star review I’ve been to in a long time. Was just passing through town for a week. Came here earlier in the week for a work out and facility was clean, not too busy, and all the quality equipment I needed. Particularly, the resistance spin cycles. I was so impressed that I came back for a massage today and I was blown away by the quality - likely the best massage I think I’ve ever had. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I wish I could give a higher review than 5 stars! Thank you for such a great experience. I will absolutely be back the next time I’m in town.

Fantastic experience: Being a busy mom and trying to stay active can get grueling. Hence, it is extremely pertinent I have a great daycare in place at my gym. Spa fitness and wellness center does an exceptional job at taking care of my baby. The daycare is determined to provide the best possible care for your child. If I had a problem, they would address it and solve it immediately. The staff are friendly and will help in any way, if asked. As a military family, they have offered my husband and I a discount upon signup. They allow you the option to pick and choose your contract. During this pandemic, they have even compensated us for the months the gym was closed. I have nothing but positive feedback about this gym, and have even renewed my contract with them. This place has become a new place of comfort for my husband and I, and everyone has become like family. I will no doubt recommend this place to anyone looking for a family friendly gym.

Fantastic experience: The Spa is seriously the best gym in Fayetteville. It is immaculately clean, spacious and never crowded. The wet area (jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam bath) has always made me feel like I’m at an expensive resort rather than at the gym ;). And the price is unbeatable! The staff is super friendly and makes you feel very welcomed. Everything is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized 24/7.

Fantastic experience: The place itself is absolutely beautiful. For $50 a month, all the free classes available, high tech equipment and super friendly staff, it was hands down, eyes closed worth thd inveztment. Especially if you're serious about changing the way you look. Free fitness evaluations so that the traners here can make a fitness plan tailored specifically to you. Its awesome.

Fantastic experience: Joined about 3 weeks ago and I'm enjoying getting back in better physical condition! The staff here is phenomenal and really work with you where you are! I'm trying to save my life literally! Got to lose about 100 pounds! I have hope and I'm excited about this process! Great gym but also great recovery services also!

Fantastic experience: I got my hair and make up done at their salon by Britt. She did a great job and I would highly recommend her. She was very personable and talented. Also, I was completely surprised by the facility. Very nice place to spend a day at the spa getting pampered.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very attentive and facilities are always kept clean. Sauna, steam room and whirlpool are consistently cleaned. Weight room is a little cramped but has an excellent selection of machines, free weights and cables that make working out multiple muscle groups to exhaustion quite simple. Complimentary ice cold water is a God send. Very satisfied.

Fantastic experience: LOVED this gym. Very clean and love the fact it had a private woman’s only section, pool, sauna, etc. Loved the fact they also had a daycare!! It made it SO much easier to make it to the gym everyday. Friendly staff. I wish I could find a gym here in AZ similar to Spa Fitness. If we ever PCS back to Bragg, I will definitely be returning. I’m not going to lie.. at first I was REALLY worried because a lot of people complained about having problems when pcsing and getting out of the contract and having to pay extra money etc. We moved 3 months ago and I had no problems getting out of my contract. Literally paid 99 dollars as it states in the contract when you signed up. They walked me through the process on the phone, sent our orders, and it was done. People must not read the contract lol because there is no suprise fees. Super easy and simple to cancel if military with orders.

Fantastic experience: I was really impressed by this gym. I recently worked out here on a trial pass, while scouting gyms in the area, and The Spa was, by far, the most luxurious I tried. Besides a full compliment of machines and free weights and cardio equipment, there were also extra, uncommon amenities, including a steam room and sauna, and even an indoor swimming pool (plus an in-house juice bar, to my surprise). Additionally, the staff I met were friendly and attentive, and giving me a full tour of the premises. Of course, the gym's extras are reflected in the rates; however, all things considered, the rates were quite reasonable. Big thanks to everybody at this gym, for your time and service. Keep it up :D

Fantastic experience: Joined the gym in 1998, Born and raised in the Fayetteville area, I am so thankful for such a nice place to stay in shape. The owners and management have worked hard to provide our hometown with a Quality Gym atmosphere and keep it current. The staff rolls in and out around the place as usual, but the key staff for the child care and some of the trainers have been there for over 20 years that I have attended. I am particularly partial to the child care staff for creating an atmosphere that my children didn’t mind giving me 45 min to an hour to get in a good work out. My kids are all grown now and love to work out there also, I plan on seeing them become lifetime members as well, as they look forward to also. My suggestion is bite the bullet and pay your membership up front, you can’t find a better rate anywhere doing it this way, do the math and see. This place has been a great tool for better health and dependable quality. I feel at home when I come in, and relaxed and achieved walking out!!! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Sadly, they are not 24/7 anymore which is one of the reasons I signed up with them in the first place. But I do love this gym. I love the classes and the staff are generally nice. I highly recommend you try any class with Juleen. She is so awesome and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I can't speak for the bad experiences some have experienced or are experiencing but I know for me that the lady who signed me up explained a great deal to me and I have no complaints. I've been to different gyms where I had to pay for child care by the hour and I don't have to with this gym with is very helpful for me on a fixed budget, the only bad part was when my son got really sick and needed surgery and I didn't get to use the gym for 2 mths but I can say by still paying it holds me accountable to improving my health because if I am paying for it then unless illness I really have no excuse not to go. Something else that is really good is the classes are free all of them at other gyms only a few classes are free the rest you pay for. I can also say that I see that the class trainers actually care and are very helpful from my experience. I am sorry for what others are going through but it does happen everywhere. I am a disabled customer single mom not a trainer. I can say I was disappointed about the gym on Owen closing and I didn't know but it is understandable in my case why I didn't know I had not been active.

Fantastic experience: Remodeled and all new equipment 4 weeks ago. They also have a brand new Cross Fit Gym with brand new equipment. There is not one thing that this facility does not have. I am a long time Fayetteville resident and have tried several gyms over the years and none of them compare to the Spa Fitness & Wellness Center with all they have for members. Just go in and ask the members who actually go to the Spa. That is where you will get the most accurate information about this gym.
