Fantastic experience: There's no better way to relieve stress than taking it out on a 150 pound bag for 45 minutes a day. I love it here and here is why: The owner Wes is a MMA fighter who has a lot of passion for what he does every day at Fayetteville Fitness Kickboxing. If you have any questions Wes usually has the answer. Tabby is my favorite. She is awesome. Funny, great sense of humor and a excellent trainer. I love the workouts Tabby puts together for us each day. If you're looking for something new that will put your body to the test check out Fayetteville Fitness Kickboxing.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 6 week program. Now that I have finished, I want to say that I loved the experience here. Wes and the other trainers were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. From the workouts to the nutrition. I wish I would've known about this place sooner in my life.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed the 6 week challenge at Fayetteville Fitness Kickboxing. It has made positive changes in my life and I’m thinking about getting a membership with these guys. Wes is awesome. He’s encouraging, he really cares about you and your achievements. I’ve felt overall healthy physically and mentally. Learned self discipline. And most importantly the classes are really fun. It’s exciting when I saw the results that I had gained more muscle. I would recommend this place if you are thinking about joining their membership or fitness challenges.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism I started a 6 week challenge on 7/12/21 not really knowing what to expect. The work outs are intense but the trainers are awesome, very encouraging, knowledgeable, and hold you accountable! Thanks to the team I was able to lose over 6% body fat in 6 weeks and I am stoked about my results!

Fantastic experience: I went through the 6 week transformation challenge and it was a great way to switch up the routine and lose weight! Wes focuses on this in your initial meeting but the nutrition workouts and especially the accountability that they offer led me to not only lose 20 pounds but exceeded and lose 25 in six weeks! Kickboxing is fun, and the workouts are mixed up in a way to give you tons of cardio but also build muscle on the bag and with body weight exercises! Really glad I saw their Facebook ad and can say they made a believer out of me.

Fantastic experience: I did the 6 week challenge to lose 20lbs. I wound up losing almost 25lbs! Wes and his staff will tell you it is not easy but if you follow nutrition plan and do the workout you will succeed!

Fantastic experience: I started with Fayetteville Fitness Kickboxing on 5/31/2021 and it has changed my life. I LOVE the workouts, scheduling the classes are easy, and the trainers are wonderful! Fantastic experience: I did the 6 week challenge, it was the kick in the butt I needed. The instructors are good, I was taught how to track my food. I'd recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I did a 6 week challenge here and the classes were a blast! Tabitha is awesome, and Wes was great with nutrition questions. I crushed my goals, and really benefited from the structure and accountability.

Positive experience: Nice gym with lots of room & plenty of punching bags! They offer many class times throughout the week (including Zoom) to fit into your schedule. Friendly environment with some fun combos for a good sweat sesh!

Fantastic experience: When I saw a listing about a 6 week program, I was a bit skeptical but I had been wanting to start working out in a group setting and kickboxing always seemed like it would be fun to me. Upon meeting Wes I knew that it was going to be a great experience. He walked me through what the expectations of the program would be and helped me set everything up. Going to the classes was amazing. The facility is kept clean and in good conditions and all of the trainers are kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Each class was fun and challenging to help push me while also teaching the safe way to perform the workouts. They made sure that no one was pushing themselves to the point of hurting themselves and provided accommodations when needed. During my last week I injured my wrist and had a hard time putting any pressure on it. The trainers were very understanding and gave me alternative workouts I could do that would still keep me moving but would avoid me putting additional strain on my wrist. This gym is amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome! Adult and kids classes are great workouts for the whole family. We are all learning new skills and building muscles! The classes are never the same so each day is challenging and fun. Class times are also very convenient.

Fantastic experience: Great place to get an effective workout! The atmosphere is inviting and the trainers are always encouraging you to push yourself. I have been at this gym since they opened and everyone has become like family. The people working out with you are the best! Everyone is encouraging and are you are each other’s biggest cheerleaders. The transformation that I have seen in myself is not just on the outside, I am have more confidence and am stronger than I have ever been.

Fantastic experience: Started out with my son doing kids kickboxing to help burn off extra energy and build self confidence. He quickly took to it and now the whole family is doing it, even my 5 year old. My wife and I have been loosing weight and inches and we are feeling better than ever.

Fantastic experience: Workouts are always fun & challenging. The environment in the gym is welcoming, and the trainers are great. I love the music choices during class. I have seen a dramatic increase in overall strength since starting these classes!

Fantastic experience: My progress with Fayetteville Fitness Kickboxing May 17th: I attended a Free Friday Class. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for a 3 month membership. I set a goal of attending 3 classes a week for the first month. And I reached that goal! This month my goal is 4 classes a week and I'm optimistic! Today, June 20th, I have lost the 10 pounds I gained over the winter AND I gained an inch of muscle in my bicep! My other measurements include: Thigh: Lost 1 inch Calf: Lost 1 inch Hip: Stayed the same? Stomach: Lost 2 inches! Chest: Lost 3 inches When you factor in that I not only lost inches all over my body, but also gained muscle in those same places - that's very impressive! But, most importantly, I feel stronger, healthier and more confident. I've always been a "wimpy girl". And that mindset has affected me my whole life. Now, I'm starting to embrace the fact that I can do hard things - and that's not confined to just my physical strength, the motivation I gain from the classes add a positive affect to all areas of my life as well. Was I totally lost during the first couple weeks? Yes. Did it matter? No. Owner/Trainer Wes creates the perfect structure and balance to his classes. It doesn't matter what level of shape you are in - every exercise is adaptive as your body advances. He is very supportive, engaged and positive throughout every class! The classes not only work on a different body part each day, but they are also never the same. All the exercises and combos change constantly, which ensures that boredom or routine burnout does not occur. I have never been able to do a push up, not even a modified one. I set a goal of being able to do one, just one, modified push up. And I reached that goal last week! Small goals matter, too. Next goal is two. Long Term goal is one "real" push-up. Do I still get lost during combos? Yup. Am I still doing the modified exercises? Yup. Does it matter? Nope, because I see a little progress every week and all those weeks lead up to a lot of victories and goals accomplished!

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried a lot of different fitness/workouts, but Fayetteville Kickboxing is the BEST because it’s an amazing workout (I’m dripping with sweat within the first few minutes), it’s always changing/never boring (the trainers are always coming up with new ways to challenge/motivate/be creative), the atmosphere is so welcoming (the owner truly cares about his clients), and I’ve seen a dramatic change in my muscle tone/body shape since joining!

Fantastic experience: Great work out & Gym! Wes and his trainers are great people and great at keeping your energy up! Fantastic experience: Wow, Wes Sharp does an amazing job there running fun classes, awesome environment for beginners. If you are bored with your workout or have trouble sticking with a normal boring workout this is a great program to try!
