Fantastic experience: Recommend to anyone from beginner to advanced they have all machines needed, clean and tidy all over from the restrooms to the front office. Great place to workout plus friendly staff and customers.

Fantastic experience: Had a membership here since last November and since then I've loved it. I haven't been hitting the Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing lessons like I would like to be recently but I will go back. As for when I was attending those. They were great and highly informative/useful. The gym is fantastic and there isn't a single muscle you can't train to the brink inside. They even have squat racks and deadlift platform. They also have a posing room with mirrors set up to see your full body while posing with perfect lighting. Highly recommend this gym to anybody who needs an everyday gym or is considering a gym membership at all.

Fantastic experience: I love being a member of Legends Fit. I started going to Legends a few months after having my son. I started with a 6 or 12 week fitness challenge, it included daily group 1-hour workouts, a nutrition plan and an accountability coach. I really enjoyed the classes and comradery. As for the nutrition, I would say it's a little lacking, actually it's nice. It's not 100% customizable, meaning having non-dairy suggestions or breastfeeding nutrition, gluten-free, etc. There are some good takeaways, but of course they are not medically trained dieticians that will look into your health and do labs to construct your ideal plan. So have realistic expectations because that is out of their scope. As for accountability, because I was there daily, I didn't really need a text that often, but I did send it my weight weekly. After finishing the challenge, I have continued solo workouts. They have a good cardio room, includes 3 TVs, (I don't know if you can change channels or how that works, but I assume you can. Most people use phones so the TVs are on an advertising local trainers loop, you see them in there all the time, so it helps you put a name to their faces) There are treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters, row machines and bikes. There are 2, well, technically 3 free weight sections, multiple squat racks, deadlift areas, good amount of machines. There is a store where you can get vitamins, protein, pre- and post-workout, BCAAs, local premade meals, merch, etc. There is also a posing section in the back. You have multiple sleds you can push, there is turf, and a tire you can hammer, and some ropes and chains. The people are friendly and will give you props and recommendations once they see you enough. They are open 24 hours and have a couple showers in the locker rooms. They have childcare, MMA, Zumba, self-defense, and probably other stuff I am forgetting. Also, they support a lot of local causes from food drives, blood drives, clothing drives, all the drives. Overall they have all you need, staff is friendly, patrons are kind and if you want to join a local gym, I highly recommend.

Positive experience: TLDR; Legends is a good gym, but it used to be way better than it is now. I've been coming to Legends for a little over a year now. I love the gym and all the amenities they have to offer. People here are very nice and always willing to lend a hand. There are a couple of things I disagreed with. 1) the Zumba classes and BJJ getting more attention than the originally catered group (powerlifting, bodybuilding, strongman, etc.) and 2) the huge price increase in membership cost. I stared going here because they had a really decent student discount, but it has since gone up 60% to what it once was. Me and my boyfriend are both in college and were really looking forward to working out together but he had trouble affording it at times since his student discount was not the same rate. Also, since the layout change, the gym feels more cramped and crowded. I know that the owner wanted to focus more on BJJ, and that's fine, but a large portion of the people who first started going there before said changes also have agreed to having trouble with the new layout. That is a big reason why many of the OG's left and went back to places like 24 Hour Fitness or found other gyms that were like the OG Legends. Again, I have nothing against the owners, trainers, and fellow members who go there. I would say that a lot of the original clientele are disappointed in how Legends has changed, in both atmosphere and overall membership cost. I went there the other day and it was sad. I miss the old Legends where people would walk right up to you and spot you or give you a fist bump. It seems colder now. I really hope something changes. I still love this gym and really appreciate everything I have learned, but it doesn't hit the same.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for only a couple months, so I wanted to wait until I got the feeling of it before I posted. It doesn’t look like much until you get inside. Not only is the atmosphere set up for people who want to be in shape, it makes you want to be in better shape every time you go. This is a weightlifting and MMA gym, with every piece of equipment that you will ever need to get that perfect body or level of fitness you want to acquire. I have been a member of a different gym in Rockwall since I got into town, that place is nice with a pool, But I still prefer to go to Legends, just because this place makes me want to come back every chance I get.

Fantastic experience: Legends Fit... Where to even begin! State of the art facility that has been strategically broken up for different people based on their goals. Whether your high school athlete, CrossFit athlete, IFBB Bodybuilder or just the average person this is the place for you. Between the staff and the members it’s one big family. I have been to hundreds of gyms in the United States and some in other countries. This puts all the rest to shame! Be better than you were yesterday, step up come in, and become a legend!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! The owners are incredibly nice, constantly improving the gym, listening to feed back, and Aaron is a personal trainer himself. It is intimidating when you first walk in. Body builders paradise... But if you are the regular gym goer don't be afraid. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. If you want results, all the machines, all the weights, and people who genuinely want you to succeed check them out. They have child care, and they are open 24 hours. Their membership is affordable and they support their local businesses.

Fantastic experience: TJ and crew are a great group of people that are as genuine as it gets. They truly want to see you acomplish your goals and are there to help you with personal training, group classes and advice to achieve them. The GYM is still in the works and they should be finished adding on an additional area. It takes a ton of work transforming a warehouse into a state of the art GYM. They have done it!!!!

If you are in the area anywhere in DFW it is worth the trip to Rockwall to see what the owners and members of Legends Fit have built! Legends Fit brings every style of training into one facility! The staff is great the members are awesome! The equipment and training is endless. It is a 24/7 gym with key card access. This gym has a hardcore feel with an accepting attitude. With staff and members who are always more than willing to help new comers achieve their goals. Legends Fit is the top gym east of Dallas and is by far in my top 3 gyms in all of DFW!

Fantastic experience: Legends Fit is a premier training facility for hardcore fitness minded people. The equipment is brand new, and any wear and tear is fixed quickly. Staff is friendly and willing to help, and is constantly cleaning when not helping members. The gym can help you on your fitness journey no matter what it is. General fitness, body building, cross fit, MMA, boxing, or functional training. Highly recommended and better than the big chain gyms!
