Fantastic experience: Friendly, welcoming, encouraging environment, motivating music, and challenging workouts. Anne is awesome and really focuses on instruction on proper form and clear directions during the entire workout. She also gives modifications so you can keep moving if something is too difficult at the moment. I’m definitely getting stronger with this program!

Fantastic experience: The instructors are challenging, fun, & encouraging. The workouts and music are fast and upbeat so before you know it the class is over and you feel accomplished. Everyone is friendly and it becomes like a family in a short time after regular attendance.
