Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this gym! Not only do they support your goals and work with you but they have created such a family oriented place. Everyone was so welcoming and had a common goal. Absolutely going to miss this place!

Fantastic experience: welcoming for beginners, went to the 0515 class, everyone is nice and encouraging also helpful in explaining techniques and scaling down the workouts so it's not overwhelming

Fantastic experience: This gym fits the needs for everyone who walks through the door from the newest of newbies (ahem, that's me) to the more advanced and experienced athletes. I have not.one.time. felt out of place here. Awkward, yes, but not out of place. All the trainers I have encountered have worked with me - explaining how to safely perform each maneuver. Highly recommend
