Fantastic experience: F45 Highmeadow is a special community, nurtured and purposefully developed by owners Shaun and Isabel to be inclusive, challenging and always directed with love which makes members know they are supported!

Fantastic experience: Amazing studio, wonderful trainers, and great owners! So sad to see this f45 close, there is not another gym like this in the area that is black owned and embraces a such a diverse membership and community. F45 corporate made a huge mistake not supporting more time for this gym and this community to thrive. Forever grateful for the time I spent training here!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about this F45 Studio. The facility is brand new & clean, the trainers ensure your form or modifications if needed are done correctly and then the workouts & LIVE DJ on Saturday is a whole ELECTRIC VIBE! This place is home for me- so glad I decided to trial it out.

Fantastic experience: Brand new facility and equipment. The trainers are AMAZING. I was intimidated at first but if I couldn’t do a move they showed me an alternative. No judgement with great motivation. Highly recommend.
