Fantastic experience: My family loves Snap Fitness! Nice environment.

Positive experience: Great little gym. Clean, equipment a little old. Staff is very kind and accommodating. They do seem to have problems canceling memberships. I am only in Utah a couple month each year. This has been an issue before and I am experiencing it again. The person I spoke to assured me there was no problem canceling and I had done everything I needed to do. Charged again this month.

Fantastic experience: Snap feels like a private gym. They don't have the quantity of equiments that vasa or eos have, but it does have everything you need. It's also great to have true 24/7 access, so if you want to workout on Christmas or any other holiday, snap is the way to go!

Positive experience: Impossible to talk with a real person. Weeks of voicemails and emails left unanswered. You also can't speak with someone in person because the door is always locked. Overall gym is decent, some pieces of equipment could use replacing. I've been impressed with the quality of people that go here.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! The classes are great and I love that there are classes at times that are convenient for busy working moms. There’s a great variety of equipment and it’s well maintained. The ownership is friendly and do a great job maintaining a safe welcoming atmosphere for everyone that wants to workout. I’ve been to big box gyms and they feel very impersonal. Snap feels like your friendly neighborhood gym.

Positive experience: Although I don't attend as often as I should, I have access 24/7. Nothing fancy at this location and really only use because less crowded and located so close to my residence. Really wish they would adjust monthly pricing. Lots of gyms opened in past year or two with so much more to offer, pools, kids care, rock climbing, etc for ten bucks. Although my gym offers none of this and charges nearly twice that, I'll probably stick with then for convenience and less crowds.

Fantastic experience: I love the diverse classes and the trainers are the best! They get you excited and pumped up. They really listen to your needs. The facility is well maintained and the staff and owners listen to and react to the needs of the clientele. I love this gym!

Positive experience: Excellent price and super convenient hours (obviously, it's open 24 hours). It can be hard to make during the staffed hours to sign up but you can also sign up online. Excellent free weight selection and convertible machine selection. It is a little small but I go in the middle of the night so it doesn't matter, whatever I want is available. Large number of treadmills for the space but small number of ellipticals (and they are unusual to use based on previous ones I've seen). Overall very happy with my membership here.

Fantastic experience: I love the atmosphere. I love that only Monday nights are when they’re “packed” and even then it’s not super bad! The management is always doing their best to fix equipment that may be damaged. Very friendly and welcoming to all.
