Fantastic experience: Been a member her for just over 6 months now with my wife. We both love it! Having never done CrossFit before I was nervous at first, but as soon as we did our first class the nerves were gone. Everything is explained well, all the coaches are great and helpful. The workouts are challenging but can be scaled to any fitness level. The community of people is amazing and welcoming. If you're looking for a great place to work out, this is it!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality This is a great crossfit gym! Was in town with my girlfriend who knew the owners. They were kind enough to allow me to take a class to see how it was and it was heck of a work out! They were super kind and encouraging to my 9 year son. All of the members were down to earth and there to get a good workout.

I’ve been to boxes (Crossfit gyms) in a lot of states:-) They are always improving and expanding the gym and the coaching staff are very good at both the motivational and technical side of each wod (workout of the day). It’s located right right besides Dairy Queen so if you burn to many calories...

Fantastic experience: This is the best CrossFit gym I've been to. The friendly and knowledgeable staff does a great job from start to finish of a workout. It's a place where everyone is included regardless of ability. The members are also very supportive and encouraging and that make a big difference. Their beginner program can get "anyone" ready to do CrossFit.
