Fantastic experience: Awesome gym!! Reasonable prices and doesn't get very crowded. So happy I switched to this gym, the staff are friendly and overall is kept pretty clean. I mainly do strength training and has all the right equipment for me. Even has a nice turf area for workouts.

Fantastic experience: Looking for a gym that has everything? The search is over when you walk in! Weights, Machines, Olympic Squat Racks, Heavy Bags, Sleds, Tires, I can go on all day! Froze my account during the pandemic and William one of their trainers was super helpful in the process. The best part about this gym is the community, if you go regularly you’ll soon realize you’re surrounded by friends. Lastly, I can’t begin to describe how great the BJJ program is. Professor Freddy is a great teacher, and the guys on the mats are world class!

Fantastic experience: Best gym. Very clean. Great variety of classes. Instructors are top notch, especially Laurettes boxing/kickboxing/mma, Gina’s spin classes, Denna’s Pilates classes. Pushes you to your limit, but makes it fun. Goal oriented, always ready to help you achieve and surpass your goals. Love it so much, I signed my son up for youth kickboxing with coach Lisa and he loves it too.

Fantastic experience: **Every place has it’s positive and negatives so this is only my personal opinion** Cons: I was disappointed to see Muay Thai is no longer available. Looking at the schedule I wished there were more times for MMA or ither classes unfortunately 9am most people are stuck at work and 5pm is short of time to reach class if you get out at 5pm and have a bit of a drive. And the machines aren't in the newest condition (which is completely understandable as nothing stays new forever and considering the time the equipment is there) Pros: the place was kept in clean condition. Equipment stays where it needs to be, it’s not all around the floor. Everybody from the general manager to the front desk to the coaches greet you with humility and kindness. I took a few classes and the coaches made sure I understood the assignments, corrected my forms as needed and let me work at my own pace. The Sauna was open and it was great to relax for a bit. It wasn’t packed for the times that I went. Overall besides the people train by themselves everybody interacted with each other like family (I know that’s a cliche but it’s what I felt)

You don’t have to be a professional boxer to enjoy the boxing and kickboxing classes. Solid workouts, clean, helpful friendly staff, what more can you ask for

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Went in for a day pass when visiting friends in Farmingdale. The gym is absolutely fantastic. Great Star Trac weight machines that looked brand new. The gym is immaculate, locker room included. If I were living in the area this would be my definite go to.

I have tried a couple gyms in the area and this one by far has the best staff. You feel welcomed and great environment to workout in. Definitely worth every penny spent. I only wish they were open longer. (Also all of the equipment is in great condition)

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out with amazing trainers all around that work with your fitness level. Glad to be back shedding off those pounds. Extremely clean with multiple sanitation station and disinfectant spray bottles for everyone to use.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about UFC. They have a huge variety of equipment from spin and Pilates to the octagon and separate rooms for mma , from weights to cardio machines. My favorite part of the gym is the instructors and staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Don't be intimidated if you're not a born athlete; there's all shapes and sizes of people who workout here. I've been a member with UFC before covid. In this covid world, they're doing a great job taking cleaning everything and requiring masks. They even have a youth section that my young son even has a membership too! he loves bjj with Tony!

Fantastic experience: i have been a member of many gyms in my lifetime. I find it important to have a connection with the trainers and staff. I love all the classes that are offered along with the trainers who are all so knowledgeable- the staff genuinely cares.

Fantastic experience: Updating my review for the third time, been at this gym for a few years. The pandemic was horrible for anyone who loves the gym, this place is a second home to a lot of us and personally I was scared this place would shut down. UFC farmingdale is a prime example of how to handle the Covid situation. Your temperature is taken at entry to ensure your safety and the patrons,There is an abundance of disinfectant and sanitizer, the ventilation is great, the equipment is always cleaned and mask wearing is enforced. This wouldn't be possible without some of the employees that work here The management and staff, Jason and Danielle are amazing always a welcoming smile and people who clearly love the place. The new manager is extremely knowledgeable and passionate, she really wants the place to succeed and it shows in her approach and the changes that I've seen since she's come on. Jason, is probably the hardest worker I've seen at any gym bar none. The man, is a jack of all trades and is the anchor for this facility. This isn't just a mma/fitness gym, it's a family and should you decide to come here, you will see what I mean. Safe training to everyone and peace.

Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly and it is one of the cleanest gyms around. Waiting for the jujitsu program to start back up again if covid allows. Plenty of equipment for all types of workouts. Check out the DUT training if u really wanna push yourself

Fantastic experience: I started working out at UFC gym about 6 months ago, and I have to say, it is my favorite gym to date. I've belonged to over 10 different gyms in my life and UFC is by far the most welcoming, clean, and has the most up to date equipment. The staff all welcome me by name, and are incredibly helpful if I ever have questions about classes or equipment. They also have my protein shake order memorized, which is a testament to the level of customer service. Lastly, the gym is never over crowded, where I need to wait for equipment. I highly recommend this gym, you won't regret it!!!

Positive experience: Used the gym with a free trial pass. Staff was friendly when I arrived for the first time, but did not seem to be very knowledgeable with company . The Daily Fitness class was an hard workout that was full body.

Positive experience: I would give 5 stars but the cleaniness of the gym needs work.. mens bathrooms is always out of toiletries. The vaccums are left out in the corners, and the mats could use vaccuming. Besides that the classes are great, coaches really push you to your goals, and the staff is friendly.

Fantastic experience: World class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction by Weiss Sakhizada. He speaks with incredible detail, ensures all of his students understand every facet of every sequence, and he shows a general love and compassion for his work that I've yet to see paralleled. The white belts in his gym could easily defeat a lot of advanced belts. This man alone is a reason to join the gym.

Fantastic experience: Overall amazing! I had went there for the free trial and as soon as i walked in the staff made me feel like family. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and are happy to answer any of your questions and work with you. Not only are they respectful but everyone there has a sense of humor making it all the better. Will be coming back :)
