Fantastic experience: My experience at Fargo Fitlife was awesome! I did the 6 week challenge. It was exactly what I needed to motivate me to reach my weight loss goals. The 30 minute workouts are challenging and something different every day! I loved that I never knew what I was getting into each day! The workouts flew by! The trainers are great motivators and everyone was very welcoming. I learned many tricks for putting the right foods and portions in my diet plan. I would definitely recommend Fargo Fitlife for a comprehensive approach to your health and fitness goals!!

Fantastic experience: This gym is not just a workout, it is a community of people supporting one another to reach their goals. I love the workouts. They are 30 minutes and boy do you sweat! I would recommend this gym for anyone who needs some motivation to get to the gym and stick to a plan!

Fantastic experience: I love being able get a quality and intense workout done within 30 min of my day! Jenny and the rest of the coaches are amazing and encouraging and I actually look forward to my workouts instead of dreading them! I’m excited to continue my healthy lifestyle journey at Fargo Fitlife! I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Started here doing the 6 week challenge and have had such great results and experience that I’ve decided to keep my membership going! The workouts are great because they are only 30 minutes but they definitely kick your butt and keep you interested as they are different every day! Women of all ages and sizes are at this gym so I never felt uncomfortable in the group setting. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Love Fargo Fitlife! Jenny and all of the trainers are motivating and fun! High intensity 30 minute workouts get the job done and the trainers help you to modify to your level. I love that everyone is supported and welcomed here, no matter where you are starting! I just completed the 6 week payback challenge and Jenny kept me accountable and motivated to reach my goals!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out for years but recently found myself at a plateau. My friend and I tried a few gyms before settling on Fargo Fitlife. The thing I like most about the gym is the workouts. The heartrate monitor helps me to push myself to the next level. The instructors here keep the environment positive and motivating! I also learned that changing my diet was important. After following the six-week challenge eating plan, I met my goal and said goodbye to the plateau I was stuck on. I would recommend Fargo Fitlife it your looking for results!!

Fantastic experience: I Started at Fargo Fitlife with the 6 week challenge but have decided to continue on with the membership, because I love it. The workouts are only 30 minutes, but high intensity and the instructors are really motivating. The challenge also helped me see that pairing the right diet and exercise you can see results. I am looking forward to continuing and seeing even more results.

Fantastic experience: I did the 6 week challenge through Fargo FITLIFE and loved every minute of it!! The simplicity of the nutrition plan makes it so easy to meal prep each week. The food and recipe options were easy to make and affordable! The workouts were a great way to get a quick 30min workout in but still burn a ton of calories! The lessons learned will be continued as I continue on and keep myself accountable!

Fantastic experience: The people here really care about you as a person. I started working out here 6 weeks ago for my 6-week challenge and saw amazing results because I put in the time! Jenny and the staff give you the tools to be successful in whatever your goals may be. Fitlife is great for everyone weather you are a beginner, wanting to build muscle, lose weight, or just want a team to hold you accountable. I highly recommend this team of trainers.

Fantastic experience: FARGO FITLIFE is a hidden gem! Before starting here I struggled with motivating myself to get to the gym, ultimately just throwing away membership fees by not attending. That is not the case here! I LOVED the 30 minute workouts-we are all busy, but can all find 30 minutes in our day. Of course they weren’t a walk in the park, but even I can do something for 30 minutes and I would burn between 350 and 400 calories every time-AMAZING! The fellowship amongst the staff and members is awesome and I quickly felt a part of this gym. This place has given me the boos I needed to get out of a rut through great exercise, proper nutrition and on-going accountability! I’m so glad I said “yes” to the 6-week challenge!

Fantastic experience: I decided to become a member of Fargo Fitlife after taking part in one of their 6 week challenges. It was the push I needed to get my health and fitness back on track and to stay on track. I’ve been a member of a few different gyms in the area and I’ve already seen more results from Fargo Fitlife than I have all others combined. The trainers really motivate and push us to give it all we’ve got during the classes and I couldn’t be more grateful for them! I will admit, before joining, my hesitation was whether the classes were really going to be high intensity... they definitely are! I challenge you to check it out if you have any doubts. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I've never done a work out class before this and I must say that this was a great first experience for me! I love all the different workouts everyday and the staff is definitely friendly! I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone who want a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I started with the 6 week challenge at Fargo FITLIFE and have decided to continue my membership because I saw results!! This gym provides you with challenging 30 minute workouts, a nutrition plan, and the accountability/motivation you need to keep pushing toward your goals. Jenny, Anna, and the other trainers are all fun, motivating, supportive, and most importantly, knowledgeable. The small class size allows you to get to know the other members and support them on their journey. I’ve been a member at a few different gyms...this one is my favorite by far!!!

Fantastic experience: Love the short, 30 minute workouts! They are tough, but effective! Lost 14 pounds on 6 week challenge, along with learning about meal prepping and portion control. They provide diet guidelines, I was hardly ever hungry, and they help you stay motivated. Love working out here!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I joined as part of a 6 week challenge but I’m staying as a member after seeing real results and realizing working out doesn’t have to be the dreaded part of my day. I really enjoy the group classes and the 30 minutes fly by! I can be my own worst enemy but Jenny is there to help keep you on track, motivate you, and actually meet the goals you set for yourself.

Fantastic experience: I lost 14lbs and 5% body fat in 6 weeks!! Jenny, and all the staff, truly care about you as a person and are passionate about helping you meet your individual goals! The group training classes are small in size, which gives the trainer the ability to make sure you are getting what you need out of each workout, and they are only 30 minutes so you have no excuse not to make it part of your day! The personal check-ins from Jenny keep you on track and accountable for your own progress. I began as part of a 6 week challenge and loved my results and chose to continue to have Fargo Fitlife as part of my daily life! If you are ready to make changes, see results, and have great people motivating and challenging you along the way, I highly recommend Fargo Fitlife!

Fantastic experience: I started Fargo Fitlife on the 6 week challenge with a friend and had great results! I have found that diet is just as important as the workout. I love the 30 minute workouts that are different everyday. The instructors are always encouraging and motivating you to reach your goals. If you are ready to see results I would highly recommend Fargo Fitlife!
