Fantastic experience: A feeling of family when you step in the doors. A great facility to work at, and an even better place to work out at! Wide array of equipment and there are always knowledgeable lifters around to spot and give advice.

The equipment is all very new, there is plenty of room to exercise, and the members are all supportive and helpful. I always know I'll have a good workout there, and I love the 24/7 access!

Fantastic experience: As MetroFlex as it gets. Hardcore, but inviting environment. Most people here are your regular gym crowd, and there's a sprinkle of every extreme here too. The gym provides for everyone. Bodybuilders, powerlifters, athletes, and more. State of the art equipment from all eras, old-school and new. Hammer strength, Arsenal, nautilus, pretty much everything here. Good selection of cardio machines as well. Powerlifting equipment, specialty bars, monolift, kilo plates, pound plates, bumper plates. They have an in house supplement shop (H&I) that has everything from D8/CBD/Full spectrum flowers and extracts to preworkouts, prohormones, test boosters and proteins. Dumbbells go up to 200lbs. Two full racks of dumbbells. Hella squat racks. It's a warehouse full of fun. Check out the astro turf or athlete specific equipment. Boxing gym. It's really an all in one. They even have a deep tissue massage and chiro in house. It's unreal. Strongman stuff too haha. Too much to even write out in a quick review, honestly could write a 6 page thesis on why MetroFlex is superior to every other gym I've ever been to.

Fantastic experience: Best Gym I've ever been to, atmosphere 10 out of 10, something for everyone from beginner to powerlifter, I'm only in town for a little an ill be there every day I can.

Fantastic experience: The gym itself is fine, dungeon style, good range of equipment. The sound system is a zero stars, nightmare interaction with the other patrons. I only go after-hours so I'm sure this is the worst of it, but having to argue with others at 0200 about whatever trash they *need* to listen to at 140dB is getting old. Edit: The original review had a lower star rating, but I was so impressed by how well the gym and the staff handled the Covid-19 pandemic that is had to bump it up to five stars. I felt entirely safe working out here during that time.

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite gym in the whole world. The owners are so friendly and there is such a wide variety of equipment. You can get 7 passes for $25 and a day pass is only $10 with a social media check in. You won't get a better value anywhere else for what they offer. A ton power racks, deadlift platforms, machines, a sauna, cardio machines, cable machines and free weights.

Fantastic experience: The energy is contagious. For any fitness enthusiast (from beginner to pro), this gym has the equipment, atmosphere and the encouragement one might want from a gym. Family ran and you can feel it when you walk in. The club members might have earbuds in and an intense look on their face but EVERYONE is ready and willing to help if you have a question.
