I see a safe place founded on the same traditional, Biblical values that made America great when our founding father's first had a dream of a free nation for all people's. And retaining those traditional, Biblical values and teaching them to the next generation will make American great again.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the clean and safe environment at the Atrium Y and have met so many wonderful people there. I love aqua zumba which provides great exercise while having a blast! Logan is a great teacher and works really hard to give us a hardy workout!

Fantastic experience: Atrium YMCA has fantastic staff and has a lot of great programs. The weight loss challenge and lazy man triathlon are two of the additional programs I enjoy. The water classes are excellent with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The personal training is excellent The weight training and cardio equipment is in very good condition. The locker rooms are clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend Atrium YMCA.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Occasionally crowded; not as crowded as say the Liberty YMCA. They are affiliated either the downtown Middletown YMCA— older but clean facility; it’s NEVER crowded.

Fantastic experience: I've been to YMCA's across the country and this is one of the best. I highly recommend to everyone. Chase at the front desk goes above and beyond with customer service.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! I go here nearly every morning, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Friendly staff, state of the art, clean equipment, open early and late. Best of all you know the culture is based around Christian principles of giving, sharing and high morals. Highly recommended!

The members and the "Cause driven" programs are this teams prImary focus.
