Fantastic experience: I'm a runner who needed to work on my overall strength. Coach Katie was awesome teaching me the basics of lifting, helped me set my goals and motivated me to show up. 6 months in and I'm seeing significant improvement in my flexibility and top end strength. As a bonus, now my knees don't hurt as much when I run!
