Body Kinetics Health Club

Fantastic experience: I took the applied personal training program @ Body Kinetics. I took the exam in June and became a Certified Personal Trainer through N.A.S.M. It was a tough exam but couldn't of passed with out the help of the trainers at Body Kinetics. Thank you Pete Eliot C.P.T.

Fantastic experience: I just moved, and I'm so glad I moved close enough to keep going to my gym! I have been a member of Body Kinetics Novato for over a year now, and I love working out there. The staff is all super friendly, and they have experienced, knowledgeable trainers as well. The gym has a wide variety of classes, and they have all the equipment I need. The facility is very clean, and they have a lot of neat perks too, like free stuff and cool package deals. I love my gym!

Fantastic experience: I love Body Kinetics so much I go to two of them! I used to live in Fairfax so I go to San Rafael for my favorite classes and now I live in Novato so I go up here too. The trainers in Novato are very helpful and if you ask them questions and they're not with a client they'll always take the time to show you the proper way of doing something. The classes are great too. I had a training sessions with Erik and he taught me a lot about functional training. Even the members are knowledgeable and helpful. Even though it's a small gym I've never not been able to get the machine I wanted.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Body Kinetics. I am so committed to my Advanced Pilates Reformer class. The instructor, all the other class members and the facility are great. I also like being greeted by name when I come in. It is a wonderful experience I would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I've been meaning to go to qa gym for 40 years and never got around to it. I finally signed up at Body Kinetics, where my wife goes, and it's the best decision I've made in ages. I've discovered the rowing machine, which I love. The best aerobics exercise ever. And all the weight machines I could possibly use. They greet me with a smiley hello when I arrive every morning and wish me a good day when I leave. I actually look forward to going to the gym. Who'd have ever guessed?

Fantastic experience: Clean, well-equipped and fantastic staff makes Body Kinetics an ideal gym. But what makes it stand out and excel is the people. The staff are genuinely interested in helping you to achieve your fitness goals and go out of their way to help you along the way.

Positive experience: The equipment is dated but sufficient. Staff is friendly. Hours are horrific and the reason I ultimately left. They do have a sauna, which is refreshing, but unusable in this covid obsessed county.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for years. I also see a Physical Therapist (at VA). The workout using the wide variety of equipment at Body Kinetics and the outstanding staff (primarily Roberta) who interpreted my Therapists instructions enabled me to avoid surgery. While I am happy to see, and utilize, the partially open facility I look forward to a fill re-opening to further recover from the covid closure slide back in both my neuropathy damage and blood sugar increases.

Fantastic experience: There are a lot of gyms in Marin to choose from, and I choose Body Kinetics because of the quality of their trainers. Super dedicated and knowledgeable. As a 60 year old man, I don't want to train like the Rock, but rather work on core, stability and muscle tone. My trainer, Tim Schmidt, creates a personalized workout every session, and in 5 years we haven't done the same circuit twice! I value and appreciate that extra effort.

Fantastic experience: I love this club! Everyone is very friendly, equipment is updated, saunas are clean and comfortable. It’s not too big and not too small. It’s the perfect fit for someone looking to workout in peace or even make a new friend. The price is reasonable too!

Fantastic experience: From the beginning Brad was a plus, he was personable, informative, playful and respectful. Your facility is spacious and clean, I personally liked the separation of rooms and the roles they each played. Also, the people attending your facility seemed friendly. Fantastic experience: You offer many classes. Also, classes are aimed at every fitness level. Weights and cable machines are accessible. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of machines for cardio. Access to cleaners/wipes to keep equipment clean.

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried just about every gym in the North Bay and this one is by far the best balance of quality, customer service, and affordability. The equipment always works, there is space to work up a sweat, and the staff are all very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Lily, Pilates Director, and Marisa, Pilates Instructor and Massage Therapist, and Rebecca, Pilates Instructor. They have all helped me IMMENSELY with various chronic body issues/pains. Their specialized knowledge and skills re. DNS are a huge added value. They are the reason I go to this gym!

Fantastic experience: Friendly personable trainers and staff available for advice or assistance throughout the day. Great basketball gym as well. Its not full size but it has a hoop at each end, hardwood floors and accurately painted lines for the key. Its great for practicing or playing pickup games.
