Fantastic experience: I was so worried about going to a gym where I felt like I was going to be judged by "body builders", ! This gym has done nothing but make me feel welcome, from the staff, to all the gym members! I highly recommend this gym to all my family and friends. This is a personalized program, for each individual, and if you want to succeed, they give you the tools to do so!

Fantastic experience: Randy and Andy really know how to make me sweat. I’ve been coming here for about 3 months now and are excellent trainers. You want to get in shape and feel better about your self, come and try this place out and see how you like the trainers. I feel comfortable coming here, instead of the big gym. You get one on one training. Give it a try and it might be the best decision you made.

No intimidation, just a lot of encouragement. Andy & Randy are great guys to work with, and everyone that comes in is pleasant to be around.
